The issues are with a xpel full body paint protection installation, The product has many issues including bubbling ,lifting, debris under film, many of which where brought to his attention at the time of pick up. I was given a hypodermic needle to relieve the bubbles on the vehicle.There are 2 locations where damage occurred to my new vehicle from installation. After contacting Xpel they sent a rep to my house for inspection of the vehicle, he has also taken pictures. Since the installation l have taken my vehicle to other installers and all agree the product issues are with the installation not the product.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:1. I have not been refunded the total amount paid $7900.00
2. The **** raptor has not been returned to me as of 08/21/22, the Seattle Clear Bra still has my vehicle.
3. It has not been returned to me in the same condition provided to Seattle Clear Bra.
4. The **** Raptor still needs the the Fender Flairs Painted and reinstalled due to install damage on fender flairs.

Hello *****,
We wanted to express our apologies on the outcome of the initial installation and did our best to replace any issues that were present. This was not the best initial installation as understood and worked tremendously hard to redo the full installation for you and get the flares done right while accepting the body shops delay was more then desired leading to our agreement to finalize the outcome as you so desired.
We understand how this upset you, and how you felt at the time. We will learn from the mistakes made, and work diligently to do better going forward whenever possible to strive for the high quality installations, at all times, were know for.
In short our apologies, and very happy to have resolved any tensions between us. Wish you all the best success with your amazing Raptor and years of enjoyment.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, I believe Seattle clear bra tried there best to rectify prior issues on the initial installation, only time will tell if any further damage unmasked its self from the removal of the two ppf installations. I also wish Jurgen all the best with his business, and at this point l would consider the case closed.
