We have been utilizning the Bloomz app for over a year in our childcare ************************ and updates between child care staff members and families. We recently were informed that we had exceeded the limits of our free version, and I made the decision to upgrade. Since upgrading, the system has been almost un-usable and it is of no purpose to my staff or students. There is no way to contact the company other than via support email. I have tried to use this method several times with no response other than automated. I have even tried to ****** a telephone number and have sent them a message via ********* Bloomz policy states that I can receive a full refund of the $125 annual fee I just paid if I contact them within 15 days. I need to receive a refund in order to purchase another product for my center. Of course, I still cannot get in touch with them in any way.Business response

Responded to ***** and confirmed a refund check for the annual premium was mailed today.
