I had Appointment on Aug 10 2023 2:00P at Pony Express *************************************************************-The attendant/owner of the business was very rude and unprofessional. For my safety I I decided to not proceed with the appointment. I asked asked for their name and to speak to a manager and get a refund because I dont want an irate person to fingerprint me and they refused to give me any information. They did state they were the owner. I am requesting a refund and an apology.Initial Complaint

I tried to pick up mail today and Pony Express has lost seven of the ten items scheduled for pickup. The clerk claimed that I already picked up the items, which is impossible, because they were consolidated into one package on Dec. 17, 2021 and today is Dec. 20, 2021; the last time I was in their store was on Nov.17, 2021. The lost mail was all delivered between Nov. 17 and Dec 17. It included two packages, financial and medical papers and Christmas cards. I want my mail. If they are unable to find it, I want $77 to cover the cost of reprinting the three custom Blurb books which were in the packages (and intended as Christmas gifts).
