To put it bluntly, this watch is JUNK... latent and poor performance right out of the box.. Reset the watch same result It's the model, not the watch itself or a defect.. See attachment I requested a prepaid label and received "Push back" for troubleshooting which is not needed due to the performance design of the watch, or in this case the lack thereof.. HORRIBLE I am asking ****** to supply me with a prepaid return label for a return and full refund of $32.05Initial Complaint

I purchased a brand new Ticwatch E2 and it has been sitting on my desk for a while and few days ago i decided to unbox it and use it.The watch doesn't charge or even respond to anything.I contacted the warranty to help me replace the watch.They denied the warranty and decided that it has to be bought from official store and they can't cover it under the warranty.I sent them a photo showing the S/N and the model number but the answer was still the same.Initial Complaint

Order ID: *********** Sep 27, 2020 I need assistance with this issue. As of today 3/6/23 my smartwatch started having consistent connectivity issues, and it has forced me to reset it and now it won't connect at all. I've repeatedly tried all the steps recommended.This seems like a manufacturing defect became it can't and won't update.. Can the watch be replaced or fixed? I do not want to buy another smartwatch I was satisfied with this one.I hope there is a way to resolve this matter.If there isn't a solution available I will no longer purchase products from this company and will report this matter to the BBB.Thank you for your assistance.Nov 11 2023 Ticwatch pro 3 GPS This did not work! I responded but you must not have received it. Since then I have been unable to use the watch! It discharges immediately, restarts, glitches on screen... And says device locked!Can't reboot or reload and when attempting to nothing changes or happens!When I initially brought this to your attention I was informed my warranty had ended and was offered a discount to purchase the exact model...I'm going to complain publicly as to how you gimmick your customers by forcing an OTA update that destroys the watch and forces consumers to purchase the same watch with a time sensitive discount, which wasn't worth it...I have let the watch rest for months because it's useless at this point!The watch had potential and I hate I wasted money on defective merchandise sold by this company with NO adequate form of resolution.I will notify the BBB as well... #mobvoi #ticwatch #ticwatchpro3gps ******************************** After trying to be a loyal customer with this company ************************** and their product, Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS, it's been very frustrating going back and forth trying to find a resolution for the defective device that I was sold. I've checked forums online and different discussions and searches to see if there are solutions to fix these issues but to no avail. I've reached out to the company a variety of times to find a resolution to the issue but all I have been given was troubleshooting tips and restarting advice which has not solved the issue of the battery draining instantly and not connecting to my mobile device. The only thing I have been offered is a discount for another watch, previously the same watch that was defective but now for the newer one I still have to pay around the same amount I paid for the one I have now that isn't working properly. It is unfortunate because when I initially purchased it , when it worked, I was satisfied but that did not last very long as the issues started probably a year after use.Initial Complaint

I bought the Ticwatch 3 Pro for the sole purpose of the comparably longer battery life compared to it's competitors and the Wear OS 3 update they have been promising ever since the watch was launched. Now my watch is ultimately useless and only 20% useful. Mobvoi has failed to deliver on the Wear OS 3 promise. I am also fed-up of raising this issue on official forums especially the Mobvoi official FB group. Some say to sell the watch and stop complaining, others say leave the group and stop troubling us. Initially, such concerns were being deleted by the admin itself, but now I've seen a host of fake profiles defending Mobvoi no matter what and telling heartbroken customers to get lost, or just buy the new Ticwatch 5 if you're desperate for the Wear OS upgrade. This shows enough about the current customer base, and if ********************** officials are actually behind those accounts, it shows the ethical responsibility of the company to it's customers. There's also been reports found of companies indulging in unethical practices like creating fake accounts and promoting/discouraging their consumers /products on some social platforms. I will not be surprised if Mobvoi is one of them. IF THEY HAVEN'T FULFILLED THEIR PROMISE FOR TICWATCH 3 PRO, YOU CAN BE SURE THE **** WILL HAPPEN FOR FUTURE UPDATES WITH THE TICWATCH 5 PRO. DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE INCLUDING THE DECISION BY ****** TO STOP ASSISTANT SUPPORT. No wonder people move to apple. I hope the company delivers their promise soon, OR THEY PERISH IF THEY DON'T. Mobvoi promised that their flagship Ticwatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS was Wear OS3 ready and would be among the Wear OS watches to receive the update, but has yet to make good upon said promise, or update it's consumers of if and when said update would arrive on the popular device. Many , like myself had purchased the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS for said promise of it to at some point be running the updates OS.Initial Complaint

Purchased a $300 dollar Ticwatch Pro Ultra 3. Immediately out of the box the battery will not last or withstand the features. I reached out to them, they stated to turn off certain features, etc. I would not have purchased a $300 watch to not use the features.Initial Complaint

First off I do not usually write reviews, however, my recent experience with Mobvoi support has left me no other option other than try to prevent anyone else from experiencing the same.The product is the Tiwatch Pro 3 purchased March 2021. The watch is spotless and still new, however this past July it started behaving erratically as it would not detect I was wearing it. In August the watch completely stopped detecting my wrist. This means no heart rate, no blood oxygen, no sleep tracking etc. I tried restoring with no luck. their email support team sent me instructions how to restore it. Once more tried all the steps they recommended with no luck. After much back and forth for a month they refuse to help stating they cannot fix defective watches and that I should buy another watch. They offered a discount code but it only applies to the original price which pretty much matches the current selling price of the watch. I am insulted by their nerve, why would anyone do or work like this.
