I bought a TicWatch Pro 3 GPS, The watch works ok, but the battery life is garbage and after having it for less than a year, the screen has a crack (I can't say how, it was never abused). I guess for $300 I figured it would have gorilla glass. I contacted for warranty, they say "We are sincerely sorry that your product belongs to man-made damage, which will not covered by our warranty service." Then offered an exchange for 30% off the full price of a new watch.

Mobvoi LLC - Chinese watch manufacturer registered in ************** (What's shady about this?) - Markets a few versions of smartwatches - TicWatch Pro 4G/LTE ******** only) is the subject of this bad review: This watch is promoted and sold on ********* website, and several other online resources, as being able to added for $10 to a ******* account. I ordered one directly from Mobvoi.com. ******* informed me that these watches only work on "post-paid" accounts, not my Pre-paid account. They also informed me that the **** does not qualify to be activated, only one obtained from them and activated through a credit / contracted account. I also tried to find Mobvoi's actual addresses online - ******** offices are hidden, the Chinese one is available, making the company appear like they're fringe operators (criminals), since they also license outside the ****Nowhere is this posted on the ******* or Mobvoi sites, or any of the other popular sell sites, nor any reviews of this supposedly highly-recommended Android platform, ****** Wear-OS watch. I wasted about 3 hours dealing with this. Do not buy this half-cooked and misrepresented watch. I will buying a new Apple phone and new Apple-IOS watch and start an ATT wireless account, since everything about that watch choice apparently works flawlessly and isn't falsely advertised. Mobvoi and ******* are criminals.
