    We are a very small community outreach ministry. We teach the Bible to children from our neighborhood and we initially signed up with Pushpay to help us process contributions. Everything was going well that was until I had to file the end of year report for tax purposes. I looked into our bank account and noticed there were additional fees charged to our small ministry every month above the monthly fee of $79. Those additional fees were either $19.99 and above, not to exceed $25 per month. This was an upsetting surprise to me because I was not expecting to be hit with additional charges other than the normal processing fees for credit cards. Push Pay failed to inform me that I needed to fill out some paperwork with a third-party company in order to bypass these additional charges. They have a term for it, but I forget the term. Push Pay refused to reimburse those extra charges that they failed to disclose at the time of contract. We decided to finish our contract with them in the month of April 2025. Our contract ends in June 2025. We have been in touch with several people, including a gentleman by the name of ***** in customer service. ***** explained that we could have a buyout amount and we could just pay the remainder of the year so that we can get out of the contract with Push Pay. My husband and I decided to do exactly that and we have been in communication with ***** and Push Pay for a month with no resolution. The last thing we received was an automated email from the resolution team asking us to add our payment method which will be added to our Push Pay account so they can continue withdrawing money from the new payment information we enter. This is not what we want to do. We just want to close our account completely, pay off the balance we owe until June and get out of this company. We are nonprofit 501 c 3. I feel this organization has failed to represent Christian values and has refused to return unjust and uninformed charges.

    Terrible service. Lied the whole time. They said they would work with us and failed to do so. Collected every month "per contract" but never provided support or assistance. Stay clear of this one.

    Please stop spam calling charitable organizations to solicit your services. We are not interested and have informed you of this multiple times via text and e-mail. **** from PushPay has contacted my organization 4 times a day for the past 2 months. A complaint will be filed with the ****

    Our church was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the customer service we received from this organization. Last year we knew that we were going to switch to a different company and at the time asked for a 9 month contract. We were told that they didn't do shortened contracts, but when they called in a year, we could choose to not renew. No one called when it was time to renew and they automatically charged our account the price of a full year's subscription. When we contacted them to cancel and ask for a refund, they refused to give us any money back and continued to send us emails with our contract highlighted showing where they had the right to charge us for the full year. After many, many emails, phone calls, and even waiting on hold for over half an hour, someone finally called us back to say that they were willing to refund us 50% of our contract. It was so frustrating to not be able to talk to someone for weeks and then having them only refund 50%. I highly recommend finding a different company to use.

    I am grateful to not only be a part of a church that puts God and our Lord and Savior above all else, but also grateful for the camaraderie, fellowship, love and care the church as a whole possesses and administers. Beach ****************** involvement is astronomical, reaching folk near and far. The Church staff and congregation are a connected people, who believes that applying the Word to our lives will not only enable us to have a closer walk with God and our Savior, but to be transformed in our characters by the renewal of our minds, living a life of love and good works.

    Absolute nightmare no support sales team promised us a complete full on boarding process nothing ever happened we left multiple emails no one was ever consistent in helping us then they turned around and told us we the problem

    The Pushpay ChMS offers a robust solution for engaging and communicating with your congregation. There is a range of tools and resources to meet many needs. But because of all the offerings, it can be confusing and frustrating trying to learn it on your own. To help with that a range of training options are offered, from onsite trainers, live and recorded webinars, help videos and articles. There are a couple of options of ongoing support available, depending upon how quickly you want to get an answer.No system is perfect for every church, but most basic needs are met with this ChMS for a typical church. Everyone has unique situations and needs, but we you get a lemon for one of your situations, you can make lemonade or complain. Given the ChMS system we last used, this is a vast improvement!

    I am a fan of this company. Our church uses several of their products and they have been a great source of help and save staff time. We took advantage of their onboarding for the app and ChMS and it was well worth our investment. Their training has helped us teach staff and volunteers. When I have a question or a problem I have several options to get the answer. The online giving platform is easy to use. Many of our members use the recurring gift option making it easier for us to predict cash flow. When we were deciding on what online giving platform and ChMS we did our research. I appreciated the ability to speak to other churches who were current customers. I recommend Pushpay for your congregation.
