Our church was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the customer service we received from this organization. Last year we knew that we were going to switch to a different company and at the time asked for a 9 month contract. We were told that they didn't do shortened contracts, but when they called in a year, we could choose to not renew. No one called when it was time to renew and they automatically charged our account the price of a full year's subscription. When we contacted them to cancel and ask for a refund, they refused to give us any money back and continued to send us emails with our contract highlighted showing where they had the right to charge us for the full year. After many, many emails, phone calls, and even waiting on hold for over half an hour, someone finally called us back to say that they were willing to refund us 50% of our contract. It was so frustrating to not be able to talk to someone for weeks and then having them only refund 50%. I highly recommend finding a different company to use.Pushpay Response

I am grateful to not only be a part of a church that puts God and our Lord and Savior above all else, but also grateful for the camaraderie, fellowship, love and care the church as a whole possesses and administers. Beach ****************** involvement is astronomical, reaching folk near and far. The Church staff and congregation are a connected people, who believes that applying the Word to our lives will not only enable us to have a closer walk with God and our Savior, but to be transformed in our characters by the renewal of our minds, living a life of love and good works.Review from Darryn T

Absolute nightmare no support sales team promised us a complete full on boarding process nothing ever happened we left multiple emails no one was ever consistent in helping us then they turned around and told us we the problemPushpay Response

The Pushpay ChMS offers a robust solution for engaging and communicating with your congregation. There is a range of tools and resources to meet many needs. But because of all the offerings, it can be confusing and frustrating trying to learn it on your own. To help with that a range of training options are offered, from onsite trainers, live and recorded webinars, help videos and articles. There are a couple of options of ongoing support available, depending upon how quickly you want to get an answer.No system is perfect for every church, but most basic needs are met with this ChMS for a typical church. Everyone has unique situations and needs, but we you get a lemon for one of your situations, you can make lemonade or complain. Given the ChMS system we last used, this is a vast improvement!Pushpay Response

I am a fan of this company. Our church uses several of their products and they have been a great source of help and save staff time. We took advantage of their onboarding for the app and ChMS and it was well worth our investment. Their training has helped us teach staff and volunteers. When I have a question or a problem I have several options to get the answer. The online giving platform is easy to use. Many of our members use the recurring gift option making it easier for us to predict cash flow. When we were deciding on what online giving platform and ChMS we did our research. I appreciated the ability to speak to other churches who were current customers. I recommend Pushpay for your congregation.Pushpay Response

A total nightmare with this company. Signed a contract and then they left me to do everything for myself. I was lucky to get an answer to a question. Needed help and 4 months later and ************************************************ about the issue, let alone resolve it. Would not recommend this service to anyone.Review from Charlitta B.

Also deceived no assistance had me signup a year ago for some software was promised I would get help they went into my bank account which hit me for almost I had to close my account. I was signed up by there Salesperson now has no email that I can contact him by called, ticket and still no response. I requested a phone call still has not received this has frustrated me. No assistance telling me to watch videos not for a $125.00 a month. No product delivered a ****** learned.Review from Tammy T

This company is a nightmare! Sales is friendly and helpful but you're forgotten. I have been trying to get help from support for over a month and 5 support tickets later still no response or resolution to my not being about to sign into my account on my computer. Finally talked to someone, but got no resolution to my problem. I was asked to give them another chance and told they have addressed the problem with their company but I don't see it because none of my support tickets have had a response not even for a password change and it was created on January 14th. I do not recommend them. Run fast!Review from Bob M

I was somehow put in for two recuring payments, instead of one. I was billed 3 payments instead of 1. I sent request to them to stop. They said, "ooops" talk to your church and said recurring payments would stop, despite the app not showing several payments I made for tax purposes. 1 month later - billed again. I have contacted them via their request prompts. No response yet. I tried calling their 1-800-PUSHPAY # - goes to "are you 50 or not - press 1 for yes and 2 for no" then it hangs up. Not happy. Now I am going to my bank and figure out how to stop this. The sad part is, this is not going to bode well when I inform the church - and an embarassment to this company that is suppose to help churches, not hurt.
