      After Spending $842.28 and returning the items for which i had to pay my own shipping. The company did not give me a full refund as stated in the refund policy online. Below is one of many emails in an attempt to get my full refund. (emails attached)Thanks for getting back to me. This return process has been a bit complicated. I've returned the item as instructed, waited for a refund patiently after multiple attempts to communicate and get it processed. I don't necessarily feel that the customer service is acceptable. There's no confusion on my end. If you look at our emails you only mention that I have to pay my own shipping and your return policy states, the following:In the event that you receive a product from us and are unhappy with it, please call to ask us for a return authorization # and ship it back to us. (All returns must have a return authorization number if you would like a full refund) I emailed you and was authorized a return, and you only mentioned I must pay the shipping cost to return it.If your product is still in new, resalable condition and we do not have to re-package the product we will refund 100% of your purchase price (minus the shipping charges) if they are returned within 30 days of receiving your products.The product is still in new, resalable condition and you do not have to re-package the product as I only opened one of the three items and returned it to you in its original package and condition.If you ordered in bulk (4 or more) and we have to unpack, inspect for damage, remove protective packaging and re-stock all of the items a re-stocking fee of 25% will apply.I did not order in bulk. I ordered 3 items. I shouldn't be charged a restocking fee.If your product is returned opened, damaged or has been used we'll refund you based on what we can resell the product for. The only opened item was returned in its original package and condition, and therefore would not prevent you from reselling it at its original price.

      Our complaint involves two transactions invoiced on November 25, 2022 and December 2, 2022. We are a small, 501c3 nonprofit youth organization that raises money to provide low cost volleyball playing opportunities to underprivileged student athletes. In our two transactions with with VolleyballUSA, we requested by phone order and confirmed by email 23 ball-bags to carry our volleyballs to and from practices and competitions as well as 10 ball baskets to hold our volleyballs during our practices and competitions. The bags that were delivered were incorrect, we were sent another product entirely (bags to hold carts, not volleyballs) despite our clear email requests for the correct products. For two months, the response we kept getting to our request for a refund, exchange, or compromise was Ill ask our GM on Monday followed by another round of silence. We lost a total of $644 on these useless bags. We never received the carts, never received a response to our requests for an update on the carts, and we have received zero response to our official request for a full refund on the undelivered carts. We lost a total of $955 for a payment we made for products we never received. Additionally, we were charged a total of $268.16 in shipping costs to receive useless bags and for carts we never received. In sum, weve lost a total of $1,867.16 of which VolleyballUSA has made zero attempts to resolve or reimburse. All our communications to reach a resolution have been courteous, patient, and professional, but we have been treated like we are unworthy of a dignified response or solution to these very serious problems. And our athletes lost out on fundraised money they worked hard to earn for their youth volleyball experience.

      Good Morning,

      Our nonprofit filed complaint #******** against United Volleyball Supply regarding nondelivery of items and delivery of incorrect items. The company reached out directly to us the following day and offered our desired resolution. They refunded the entire amount for the nondelivered items along with shipping costs, and they provided a store credit for the delivered but incorrect items. We are satisfied with this resolution and would like to withdraw our complaint.

      Transaction Date: 1/20/2022 - shipment arrived several weeks later Price $1252.50 Product - Volleyball pools and net.Issue: *********** RV Park is a 55+ non-profit facility run by senior vollenteers. Last year we took on a project to build a multi-purpose sports court for a residents. We play many sports including pickleball, volleyball etc. For this reason, our courts need to be reconfigured regularly to accommodate each activity. Volleyballusa.com POP-E Series turned out to be unsuitable for for us because the poles are to heavy to move on a regular basis. They weigh approx. 80 to 90 pounds each. We were not informed by anyone about the product weight, it cannot be found on their website or any documentation. We have tried to resolve the issue but have not resolved it. have asked for an alternative product or refund. We have attempted to resolve the issue by asking for a lighter product.

      Hello, Volleyballusa.com has called me to discuss the complaint, they have offered to ship aluminum poles at no cost.  We accept their offer, and we would like to withdraw our complaint.

      I requested to cancel my order on April 13 and as of 30 days later I still do not have a refund issued to my credit card. I have emailed the company on several occasions and returned any part order that I did receive but the largest portion of my order worth $1,200 was never shipped. I sent another email today and there was no reply to my request.
