I placed an order with Volleyball Mecca on 12/15/2022. The item still has not been delivered. I have attempted to call multiple times in the last 3 months and also tried to contact them via the website with 3 different attempts and emails to show those attempts. The business has not responded. I would just like a refund for the item that was never shipped out or delivered to me.Initial Complaint

I ordered a set of sand volleyball court lines on November 25th 2022. It's now the end of February and I have heard nothing from the business. I've emailed and called multiple times trying to get information about my order and have heard nothing. I was charged for the order and paid $20 for ground shipping and still have received nothing. I held off so long from writing a complaint here because I had hoped they would show up and that the company was just bad at communicating but that doesn't seem to be the case.Initial Complaint

Ordered a volleyball on the *************************************** website because my regular suppliers were out of stock of the ball I needed. After a couple of weeks when I never received the order, I researched them and realized it was a scam website. Currently disputing the charge on my credit card, but their website looks semi-legit for a scam company.
