We ordered 12 volleyballs on July 29 in plenty of time to have them before the school season started. Its October now and nothing delivered. 800 numbers says they are busy and chat online or email and of course no agents ever available and no response to multiple tickets created and email sent. Never have been able to speak to anyone. Stay away!Review from KT M

We ordered 36 volleyballs - A LOT and got nothing from them. Submitted multiple emails and left messages via their website, and NOTHING. We are contacting our credit card company for a refund. Looks like a scam.Review from matt m

Same issues as others here. Ordered on 6/24. Paid and got a email. Cannot get ahold of anyone since and still no equipment has arrived.Review from Andrew S

I ordered and paid for in full the net and 2 volleyballs on October 15th over 45 days ago (order #****), I called customer experience, and it will not allow me to speak to anyone nor leave a voicemail and says to send an email, which I have done 4 times, and no one has gotten back to me. I have also sent 3 messages via the live chat function on its website but no response. I ordered the net and ***** 6 weeks in advance so I could take them to my beach house in *********** and I leave in 10 days and I still dont have the equipment I ordered and paid $344.59 for. If you need volleyball equipment, I HIGHLY recommend that you order from another company because Volleyball Mecca is a very substandard volleyball equipment provider that does not care about its customers. I ordered a volleyball from this company over 3 weeks ago and yet to have an answer. When you call the number it just tells you to going online through the chat or email to contact them only. I just want to know when I'm going to receive my product or get my money back!Review from Gu P

Ordered a *** Volleyball from Volleyball Mecca (volleyballmecca dot com). Paid $56.50 and received confirmation email after order. But, after that never received shipping confirmation. I sent couple of emails to contact at volleyballmecca.com and also left a message using their Live Chat. Also, tried reaching their phone and it is a automated response line and could never connect with a person. The recorded message says "due to high volume" reach by email. I am not sure how many people are losing money ordering from this website. Not sure why it is still up and live for more people to lose money. Hope some one can get this website closed. This is an OPEN SCAM. Please DO NOT ORDER from this company. I already disputed this transaction. Hope I get my money back. Very painful experience.
