      This business are scamming customers and fleecing their hard earned money. We had a personal meeting with ****** the center director back in 2023 and enrolled our daughter in C2,*******. Me, my husband and my daughter sat down and discussed all our options with ****** ,she offered us that because we have a younger son who is entering high school soon ,if we bought a 100 hour package we can utilize the unused hours for our son anytime for his preparations . She will give us 20% discount and 10 bonus hours. She lured us into the deal. We paid $7120 for this program. My daughter used 60 hours and now 10 bonus hours and 40 remaining hours is balance remaining. I call them in Nov of 2023 to confirm my left over hours are transferred to my son's name they said yes they are transferred. Now I call them again in Jan to follow up and confirm they say yes I have 40 hours, they were not able to find my 10 bonus hours. I said I have 50 in total they said they will call back never called back. I followed up again in Feb 1st week they still didn't have an answer ,I just asked I want to make sure I have the 50 hours so my son can use them in 2025 summer for SAT prep, then they told me that no they expire in June 2024. I was in shock...I said it's not possible the center director sold us the package saying that we can use it anytime for my son and we clearly mentioned that we will use it for my son's SAT prep in 10 grade. They said ok we will have someone call u back.. No calls back ,I call again in a week still no response. I never got to speak with ******. Now when I call on March 11th ,I told front desk it's a serious matter and I need to speak to manager she said okay come on March 12th at 7pm. But they setup an online meeting with district manager of C2 *******. In the meeting ******* kept repeating the contract, refused to solve my problem, scammed us into wrong services...I am not going to have them just keep our $3560.Either refund my money or give extension for 2025.

      C2 Education ******* is a tutoring service providing academic assistance. The current director informed me on 01/12/23 that no refunds are possible for any unused hours of tutoring, totaling 90 hours. This current director explained that the contract was too old and refused to give out any refunds. This supposed policy was not in effect when I signed the contract for these tutoring hours. *********************, the former director of the education center in 2017, verbally promised that unused hours can be refunded at any point in time and never mentioned any time-based refund policies. Contract was signed in 2017 for over 500 hours of tutoring services, valuing at around $18,800. There were no written details on refund policies on the contract. Contract details are attached to this complaint in a pdf file.

      I have contact the BBB to make the request to change the contact on our account to my name and email address: ***************************, Director of Operations ****************************************** ************************* and ********************* are no longer with C2 Education.

       

      I have attached a copy of the additional pages of the contract signed by Junghei Park. Our contract states that all tutor instructional hours expire after a specified period of time. The hours in this contract purchased May 15, 2017 expired in May of 2019. The Park family purchased additional hours in 2018 which expired in April of 2021. Although these hours have expired, as a courtesy we would like to offer for the family to use the 90 expired hours for tutoring sessions, but we cannot offer a refund of unused hours.

      On, August 23, 2022, C2 Educational Systems Incorporated breached the contract. I gave C2 Educational Systems Incorporated $1,100. This company has done absolutely nothing for me. I have reported C2 Educational Systems Incorporated to the following government agencies, ********** ********** of ******** ****** of the ***************** ****** for *************Secondary Education, the Governor of ********** ***********************, ********** Secretary of State, **************************** Secretary of State, California ********** of ********* Protection and Innovation, and ********** of California Consumer Affairs, ************************* I am demanding my money back; the Money Back Guarantee has been breached. The only way this complaint will be satisfied is the money I paid is given back, this is a Fraudulent Contract C2 Educational Systems Inc, wrote up. I will not stop until my $1,100 dollars is recovered

Can we set up a call to discuss further?Per the contract, you are subject to collect only 70% of the entire tuition so there will be a difference you will need to pay to YTS.I'm attaching your contract to this email. Per the refund policy, you will be getting $5,660.00 only.Please review and let's set up a call for Saturday if you are available.Thank you,*****
