The Echo Mountain appointments denied me of an apartment back in August 2022 they have not refunded my $300 holding fee. It has been six months they kept giving me the runaround telling me they mailed it. I still never received it we double checked. It went over the address it was correct and now theyre avoiding me not answering my calls I just wanna help get him whats mines please and thank you.Business response

Good Morning,
*********************** was able to receive her refund she came to the office to pick it up in person from one of the team members. Through the process we did our due diligence by trying to get her her refund but the address given to the property was not a good address and the mail was sent back to our accounting team which caused a delay. The check was then overnighted to the office to be picked up the following day. The refund amount is $250 since the $50 application fee is non refundable.
