The guy is trash! You call when there is an issue with the machine and the coward on the phone speaks you as if he is a middle schooler bully and states he enjoys talking to people this way. Not sure how he got a license to think it's hilarious to play with people's money because he is the "owner" is garbage. BBB should look more into this guy he is definitely shady or just has a small man complex! As in the previous complaint he openly admitted he enjoys trashing when they call with a serious complaint. I get the guy doesn't care about his rating with the BBB thus is why it's been escalated to the ** as well to look into this guy, since who knows how many people he has harassed when they had issues with his machines.

It is really funny to read reviews.  They are so jaded, one sided and miss so much of the information.  Why did the reviewer not mention the threats of physical violence against me?  Why does the reviewer not explain how the sexuality of the person enters into the conversation?  There is also no mention of facts, just vitriol. To paraphrase, 'I used an *** in an empty building' Please explain what you are doing in an empty building and why would you be there to use an ***?  Read your receipt.  Apparently 4 lines of text is too difficult.  Now all of this was after the explanation of the situation and the reason for the error code. There is no mention of 'the 2nd person' who was continually interrupting or the 20 minute conversation after 'the 2nd person' left the car and only the card holder and I were talking.

As to the substance of the complaint, he is correct, I talk the way I talk and the receiver's opinion is not my concern.  As for as playing with people's money. inaccurate.  The *** had a dispenser issue.  The receipt clearly noted the error and recorded the reversal. I reviewed the network to ensure it was accurate and explained the situation. But as with complainers of this ilk, nothing is good enough. Next time you see my sticker on the ***, choose to use a different ***.

Unprofessionally managed by the *** guy. That is a fact. On May 2 at 8:32 PM his machine on **** ****** stole $300 but only dispensed $40. Called the phone number to try to resolve it but was called a liar. The business owner claims the machine only dispenses up to $200 but the receipts and DSHS application shows that is a lie. Attempted to withdraw $40 which the machine did dispense at 8:32 simultaneously stealing $300 at 8:32pm. Call the customer service number which we assume is the owner and was told that we are lying and so we had to file a fraud claim with DSHS to get those monies back. Bad business.

Besides the fact that the person who called was not the person who used the *** the facts of the situation differ from the customer's report.  There was no $300 withdrawal from the ***.  The transaction records on the *** and through the online portal prove this to be true,  *** transactions are the dollar amount plus the fee.  Therefore a $300 withdrawal is not accurate.  Further,  the limit on the *** at this location is $200. Again it is not possible to have a $300 withdrawal.  The screenshot from the customer's phone simply shows a $300 transaction, it did not show the address or any information to support the claim that the transaction occurred at this particular ***.  Frustrated people like to be belligerent on the phone and use salty language. Personally, it does not bother me but I am not a pushover nor do I pretend to be nice.  If you want to defraud me or one of my merchants good luck.  Now, all card based transactions are protected under Registration E of the federal banking code.  If you feel there is an error you call the number on the card to get resolution.  If they had followed my instruction it would have proven the fact that the transaction did not occur at this *** and the actual location and details could have been discovered.  But why do the when you can yell and scream on the phone.  Errors do occur.  But the journal of the *** is similar to the black box on an airplane,  it records everything that happens. If the case was true the journal would reflect the error and resolution would have been completed.  But this person calling for the person who used the *** chose to not listen and had the expectation that I would just give him money for no reason.  The correct action is still the same.  Call me so I can look up the transaction. Follow instructions to file a dispute if needed or accept the results of the investigation in the case where what you think happened is not true.  Customers have 90 days to file a dispute after the transaction.  Further,  if they are correct and a dispute needs to be filed,  they can ask for a conditional credit during the dispute process limiting the time that they do not have their funds.  My thanks to the BBB and the customer for the report.

      Customer Response

      05/18/2023

I responded because of my large platform on ****** and yelp and hundreds of thousands of people are reading what I talk about. We sent you the proof showing that at 8:32pm on 5/2/2023, your atm was used with her card and simultaneously the $40 transaction she was making ALSO charged/removed/kept $300. Regardless, if YOU are saying the max ******** is $200, the receipt shows ONLY $40 was ********d but the app shows that at the EXACT SAME TIME 8:32PM ON 5/2 $300 was removed from her account. You have the receipt in front of you. Copy of the $40 receipt, the application transactions, a video of the shady machine and inside telling the store clerk what happened. If she is using your machine to withdraw $40 and at the EXACT SAME TIME $300 WAS DEDUCTED FROM HER ACCOUNT, can her EBT card be in 2 places at the EXACT SAME TIME? If her EBT card is in YOUR machine in use at 8:32pm on 5/2/23, can it also be used somewhere else that moment? you have the receipt and the app to show the transactions and you dont want to take ownership or PROFESSIONALLY MANAGE the issue? The money will be refunded to her but your unprofessional response had to be pointed out. Are you suggesting that atms /computers don't glitch ? Are you suggesting you were randomly picked for fun just to waste a little time? Do you know if there was possibly a skimmer on your machine? She already notified DSHS of the fraud and wasn't going to ask for the $ back from you , its clear you think she is a liar... well, that is what you called her, that is why we decided to prevent others from having this problem. When you handle business correctly with integrity, with care, and look for ways to improve instead of thinking people are trying to "get over" on you, I assure you the blessings would be endless for you. You attract the energy you put into the world. Just do better sir.
