On June 1, 2018, BBB received a Scam Tracker report from a consumer regarding their experience with Elite Global Contractors advertising a location in Renton, Washington.  The consumer alleges he was contacted by Amir Gomez who was looking for a cleaning service to provide services for 33 homes for an investor named Kenny Jones who would pay the consumer $10,350 up front and another $10,350 upon completion of the job.  In order to secure the contract, the consumer alleges Amir stated he would be required to be insured up to $5 million.  Amir told the consumer he could provide the consumer with this insurance policy through Colony Insurance for $2,800.  In order to receive this insurance policy, the consumer was told he would be required to pay Amir Gomez $1,400 in advance. 

BBB found the advertised address on Park Ave belongs to Boeing.  The other address is residential.  BBB could not confirm a physical location in Washington State. The company advertises on their website they have been in business for 20 years, yet BBB found they registered their business name with Washington Secretary of State in November of 2017 and their website was created on May 15, 2018.  BBB could not find Elite Global Contractors listed as an insurance agent or agency nor as a licensed contractor in Washington State.   BBB has reached out to the company and is awaiting a response.
