On Monday April 1st, 2024 I mailed a package using the UPS Store #4532. The Package tracking number is 1Z39R3V60207626514. The package was supposed to be delivered to Apple using the prepaid postage. The package was not delivered to ********* nor was it returned to me. I have been waiting for 1.5 months for resolution. Neither ***.com nor the *** Store has found the package nor reimbursed me for the watch that I was shipping. The item shipped was an Apple Watch SE.Business response

We cannot control the delivery and claims of drop-off packages. This was a prepaid label not associated with our *** account. We only accept the drop-off and hand it to the driver for further delivery. This complaint is filed with the wrong business and should be for *** Corporation, who does handle the delivery and claims process for these prepaid labels. We are unable to resolve the problem and wish you the best in getting a resolution.Customer response

Hello BBB,
My issue with *** and *** Store 4532 has not been resolved to my satisfaction. Neither *** nor *** Store 4532 has not found the item nor reimbursed me for the item. When I contact *** to find out the status of my claim, they give me a continuous run-around and I cannot take any action.
How do I re-open the case?

We have tracked the package and see that a claim process has already been started. That is betweent the customer and *** Corporate. I purchased some dresses from ***** and when the product was delivered it was substandard quality. So I decided to return the package. I contacted ***** and got a return bar code. Using the return code and I dropped of the package at the *** Store on 18th Nov. About 10 days later, on 29th I enquired abut the package and they didn't have any information. As asked by them, I opened a claim. I got a couple of emails asking about the package content and delivery address, which I provided them. But on Dec 13th, I checked online and saw that the investigation was closed and claim not approved because ***** did not respond to something *** asked them about the package. This is utter nonsense! I am returning something that ***** sent me and I PIAD for. ***** already got my money and they have no interest in returning my and don't have any interest responding to anything *** asks for. ***** is refusing to refund until they get the return package; USP can't find the package and they won't refund me until ***** confirm that they have not received the package. The only person any interest in finding the package is me and anything I say is not good enough. *** has proof that they accepted package and it was scanned at their facility but no trace after that but they want confirmation from ***** has not received the package and package details. SOUNDS TO ME LIKE A SCAM.Business response

We just print a label and hand it over to **** note best way should be to get the tracking number. Note ***** is located in *****, not sure how there returns work.
We are a franchise and do not insure any returns or are responsible for companies not returning customers money. This is withyou and *****.
If you can provide a tracking number, we can help you track it. Note this is the first we have heard about this.

This matter is not resolved. The store and *** pointing fingers at each other. When I call *** they redirect me to the store and refuse to provide any information or solution. And the store claim that they are not responsible as it is a *** package.
The package was dropped off at the store and it was meant to be delivered by *** to the ***** facility in **********. The package has not reached *****. There is no information about the package online (*** tracking). The package is lost as fast as I can figure out but *** and the store to take responsibility. And ***** refuse refund my money as they have not receive the returned package.
