I purchased this truck o. Auction ninja from girlfriends **************************** was falsely advertised as a 4 wheel drive. It is not I have requested that girlfriends refund me the 18% commission sellers fee I paid them @ the very least as the difference in value is thousands of dollars. She has done nothing although she has told everyone she has made it right & made me whole & slandered me & said I was trying to take advantage of her small woman owned business when she is the one who did not deliver what she advertised then said she would sell it to the next highest bidder b4 my bid KNOWING that would be fraud. I want MONETARY RESOLUTIONBusiness response

She complained to you all back in October as well, as ******* yelp, auction ninja and my reply has been the same. Here is past communications: I replied to the first BBB compaint as well. I PREFER A CALL FROM THE BBB FROM SOMEONE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OR A SUPERVISOR.

When I was driving away in the truck the owner told me truck was not 4x4 as ADVERTISED. It is a significant difference as to blue book value & I would not have bid as high in addition to paying 16% hammer fee I think that fee should be refunded to me & something to compensate the loss in value. We are rectifying the mistake we made of the 4 wheel drive.
We will make you 100% whole, by reimbursing the whole fee you paid for the truck and 16% and the price you paid at the *** with your receipt and will me you on Monday to retrieve the truck and have it transferred to us.
Then you are not out any money and can find the truck of your choice.
Or as I stated I will refund the $100 plus the 16% for a total of $116 as the under bidder knew what she was bidding on, because they started bidding before the 4 wheel drive was ever noted.
Anyone checking Vin could clearly see that was an error. Our error is that I will have to see how it got on there.

IT IS NOW 4 MONTHS LATER-NO CONTACT, NO RETURN OF THE ***** AND NO REIMBURSEMENT GOING TO BE MADE NOW! SHE HAS DROVE IT AND WHO KNOWS IF IT IS TOTALLED OUT STOLEN OR WHAT.
I have been in business 30 years and not had to deal with someone expecting to get a truck for under market and then what more back. She has threatened to *** and if that is what we have to do I will. I have been the one she has tried to slander. I do not have time to go note all over the internet about her. I am running a business.

I am rejecting this response because: this not what she actually stated in her email the next day I have all the texts & emails & recorded cell phone calls & she never did ANYTHING to rectify this situation SHE DID NOTHING BUT DENY IT & BLAME HER EMPLOYEES & ME PERSONALLY IT EVEN SAID 4X4 in her AD on auction. As proof she is lying in her response where is the check she stated in her response to this complaint I finally made with the BBB? Or the response to ************************ about her fraud in advertising? She talks a good game but delivers NOTHING

***** never did anything but demand I take off from work & meet her @ the dmv to prove i transfered title & transfer title to her & she would send me a check to reimburse my title fees. That is far from making me whole. I simply requested the she refund her 16% I paid her for a 4x4 truck that I did not get it was a 2 wheel drive & she didnt earn the commission I paid her for a 4x4 truck & she refused & has nothing to resolve her fraud. It is not ok to advertise something that is not what the buyer gets & then just shrug it off & make xdemands on me the buyer without any consequences I shoiudnt have to take anymore time off already did to pick up the truck i thought i was buying now she wants to TELL ME 2HEN & WHERE I HAVE TO GO TO ACCOMMODATE HER? I think not I have been Asking for a fair resolution & have been more than reasonable only to be li3d to. I called her company to confirm it was a 4x4 it stated it was the entire auction it stated is was a 4x4 8n the description since the day it was advertised. I have the original ad to op

The owner of this business just PUT MY ************ NUMBER ON DISPLAY IN RESPONSE. I DO NOT WANT MY PRIVATE NUMBER TO BE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. DO I NEED TO FIND HER PRIVATE PHONE # & HOME ADDRESS OUT FOR AALL TO SEE. MAYBE that way her dissatisfied customer can go to her home & gdt better OR ANY RESULTS as I have had NOTHING FROM HER BUT LIP SERVICE & STILL SHE HAS NOT FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH ONE THING SHE SAID
SHE POSTED THE Truck as a 4 / 4 from the get-go and owner of the truck brought it to her attention and she still ran me at that way I called her company to verify verbally end by my question on action ninja that it was actually a 4 / 4 so I don't know what more I had to do to verify it because I was told through your ad I was told via text and I was also told on the telephone from your company that it was a 4 / 4 so you didn't earn your commission and I want it back
