This was our ISP provider for email for years and we continued paying them through 2023. I disputed the last invoice with our bank for the sole purpose of trying to get someone from the company to respond to me. It looks like they issued a credit without contacting me. I have contacted them via voicemails and through their online portal - sales, billing and tech support - with no responses for months. When I try to access our email I get cautions from all browsers that it is an insecure site. When/if I'm finally able to login to my account, it locks up and I'm unable to access any historical emails. I need access to important historical data, as well as the ability to reset passwords for other applications that currently use this email for our login. I really just want to get access to my email, without it locking up for hours, so that I can clean it out and print important legal and financial information.
