Both my Mail.com and my GMX.com accounts have been hacked, which oddly happened, shortly after, I informed Epoch Times that notifications have been blocked by Mail.com. I incurred a triple charge to my Applepay to Tidal.com. Two monthly charges and an annual charge. I quickly closed my Applepay account. I have recently bought a new Android phone, and no longer are using any Apple products. Both my email accounts are blocked to me, and account recovery has proven to be useless, since the phone number is no longer mine. I opened an email.com account to use to file and receive correspondence from covid relief. Someone hacked my account and filed a claim for unemployment that I'm not intital to. They changed my login information so I'm unable to sign in. I have emailed them many times about this but they say they can't verify its me because whomever changed all my information. I sent them a picture of my driver's license and a piece of mail with my name and address on. They said that not good enough. So the only person that can do anything with my mail is the hacker. I found a phone for email. Com and called. I was told the only way they would help me is if I paid for the email account I said ok I'll pay. Then they said the only way to get a paid account is to login to my account! I called covid relief and asked to change my email account and was told the only way to do that is login to my email and change it there. Please help me
