  This is for the driveway that was built using Pavers and flagstones, work was started in May 2021 and completed in June 2021. We paid about 70K for the work, and within six months we started seeing the pavers getting loose and dips occurring on the driveway with water accumulation, on contacting them several times, they came over to do some spot fixes, but the problem continued to surge in multiple places and now it's at a point where there is a hazard of people tipping over and stones completing coming off.On calling a few professional installers for investigation, it was discovered that this company did not follow any code or required specifications for building driveways, like not enough depth of excavation or compacting of gravel, not enough gravel or application of bedding sand, no geotextile fabric, etc. and because of which none of the other companies can help in fixing unless they redo the whole project which will be in upwards of 50K dollars.We have been trying to contact this business and help with a remedy but to no avail, and I also worry that this might happen to many other clients out there if they keep doing the same quality of work for others.

  I had already provided these details, last 3 documented contacts with the contractor were in April, 12th, 21st and 24th. But I have been leaving numerous voicemails and calls to them starting from last year.

  Now the condition of the driveway is getting to a point of safety concern, pavers have completely moved, with large and uneven gaps and its also sinking.

  Not sure if the responses are automated or if someone is really looking into my concerns. Really appreciate the help here and also hopefully it will also prevent future customers from being victim to this malpractitioner.
