      I bought a 2019 Ram **** from this company. Worst buying experience of my life. Truck had 47k on the odometer. When I looked at the truck the first time it was dirty, when I went to buy it I asked them to wash it so that could inspect for damage. They didnt wash the top saying they couldnt reach it. When I got it home I washed the top with no problem. The top was covered in dents, hail dents. They replaced the hood but left the top destroyed by the hail. They passed the damage onto me. I payed more than retail price for the truck and now its worth a lot less than what I paid for it. I believe they purposely left the top covered in dirt to hide the damage. This company has no ethics or morals. When I contacted them they told me well buyer beware. Worst dealership Ive ever dealt with.

      We bought a 2011 Ram **** truck at Good Chevrolet for $10,875.10 We did not get our monies worth. It lasted 2 weeks before it stopped all together. Youd think for that investment we would get a few years out of it. We checked into a local repair shop to find that we would have to ******** under $4K to replace the ***** The central circuitry board that is the brains of the entire truck. We went to another repair shop only to find that the price for the replacement would be comparable to the first. We then called Good Chevrolet. We were given the run around for weeks. We spoke to everyone that could help us and initially we were encouraged for a moment by them saying they would help us. Then we were dropped like a hot rock. No communication, no follow through, no help what so ever. We scraped to get the funds together to by the truck and now we cant afford to get it repaired and have a dead truck sitting in our carport. We are both on Social Security benefits and have lost our mode of transportation to money hungry Good Chevrolet. I will advise everyone not to shop at Good Chevrolet. They should be named Bad Chevrolet. Bad business practices will ruin a companys reputation. Youd think theyd know better.

      I bought my 2016 ***** impala in 2017 of September. Always brought car in for any concerns and maintenance. Had transmission serviced 4/2/21, four months later i started having issues with the performance of my transmission, brought back 8/2021 and then again 9/2021 for issues not being resolved. They found nothing because their wasn't any codes and claimed car was fine. 7 months later transmission goes out 4/7/22. Sent email to Service Director, ****************** on 4/18 and hand delivered letter for General Manager on 4/20 with no response from the **** ***************** did respond and only agreed to only look at car without cost, but I would hv to get it towed at my expense for the third time. After I already had it diagnosed on 4/13/22 by the shop I had it towed to because I literally was stuck at work with my car not moving. Not once did ****************** have empathy on the situation. I feel that his service department failed when it came to properly evaluating my vehicle and its like if there's no light on or code then they think all is fine. I faithfully brought my car to them and now that I'm complaining and wanting resolution, its like oh well not our issue and it must have been something I did, but at the end of the day I relied on their findings, which has now left me with a non working car and not much as an apology was giving to me. All I can say is your only that " valued customer" when your spending money. If you got an issue, you're on your own. The last email I got from ****************** today 4/26/22, was it for me. Once he said if you in fact do need a transmission, repairs would be at your expense. Like really.... If my car was properly evaluated, I would not now have a non operating vehicle. I will be filing my grievance with this dealership, even if there is no resolution to my liking, but at least my words will be seen and just take caution when dealing with Good Chevrolet. I would never refer anyone to them for anything. My car didn't even last 5 years.

      We tried to purchase a car from Good Chevrolet this summer. For six weeks we tired to deal with them. At the end of June we thought we had a deal, and would sign the paperwork when we came to pick up the car the end of July. In the middle of July we were informed we owed them more money, because we missed the June rebates. Wee did proceed with the car purchase as we did not want to pay the cost of a rental car. This involved signing the loan with our bank, and taking out vehicle insurance. Less than a week before we were to pick up the car, they informed us they could not obtain a permit for us long enough to use the car in Washington, and drive home. We lost over $3,000 due to their dragging their feet and misleading us, including the insurance and loan costs, and $1600 to rent a car for one week. We have now filed a complaint with GM, but they won't respond, and Good Chevrolet will never transfer the phone to management. I cannot recommend purchasing a car from this dealer.
