      We purchased a puppy on 06/19/2021 for $4200. We were told she was AKC and ACA certified. We waited until she was 2 years old to breed her. When I went to register the puppies, I am told she is not certified through AKC certified. I paid $1,000 for an AKC stud and now have lost at least $1,000 per puppy because I can not certify them.

      We bought a puppy from them in March 2022 at an extremely high price of $5000. At that time we were promised reimbursement of $200 for the neutering as stated in the purchase agreement. They approved the claim in August and promised to send the check within 30 days. It is now November, I received nothing. They ignored my numerous emails and kept stalling. No one is taking responsibility. Their manager ********************* also keeps giving me false hopes and never delivers. Also, I can see other complaints mentioning the same issue. The puppies they sell are not healthy. Mine came home with severe parasite disease Giardia and went through 4 rounds of medications but still not cured. They simply refused the claim.This store has serious customer service issues. There are ZERO after-sales services and they never deliver on their promises. Yet their selling price is ridiculously high. They need to be scrutinized by government agencies. This is obviously a very dishonest business. They should not be left unwatched.

      We bought a puppy with insurance that stated we could get reimbursed up to $200 if our dog was neutered within a certain time frame. We qualified for this reimbursement, which the company agreed. A claim for this was opened in July. There was a lot of back and forth stating they would send the check to us. It is now October and we still have not yet received reimbursement. Now they are not even reaponding to emails.

      This business in the purchase contract for my puppy states I can be reimbursed up to 200 for getting my pet spayed if given proof of spay within 30 days of procedure and I have filed several claims with proof of spay over a period of 3 weeks. No one will respond to my claims and I have called several times to the store asking for a manager and they refuse to let me speak to one and wont return my inquiries and the 30 days is almost up.

      In March my husband and I bought a puppy from PUPPYLAND that we were guaranteed was healthy and had just been checked that day. I took her to the vet the next morning to find out she was not healthy and had severe Giardia. PUPPYLAND claims to have all these health guarantees and we made sure to follow the directions and get her checked out within three days, so that our health guarantees applied. I have spent hundreds of dollars probably over a thousand dollars now trying to get this puppy healthy. I have treated her 4 times for giardia, and she is still not better. My vet said this is the second worst case she has EVER seen. When my husband first called to file a claim for the giardia he was told there is nothing they can do. After I made numerous post about PUPPYLAND being a scam and how they lied to us and knowingly sold us a sick puppy I finally got a response from the owners daughter (*******.) She apologized and claimed she wanted to make this time. I have sent invoice after invoice including doctors note proving that this puppy is still sick, and Ill get an email about every 15 emails I send. They claim they are going to reimburse me some of the money, yet I havent received anything. This is stated in their policy/health guarantee. I have been emailing for weeks with new invoices and telling them I have not received a single check and now Im just getting ignored. I am beyond frustrated. We paid a lot of money for this dog (which is a scam in itself) but then for them to knowingly sell us a sick puppy and do nothing about it when they claim they have all these health guarantees. I am at my **** end, this place is HORRIBLE and needs to be shut down. They didnt even care when we called saying she had giardia and to warn them because she was with two other dogs. They are selling sick puppies for thousands of dollars with no respect for the animals or families buying them. Please help!

      When we called Puppyland ****** for estimated price for puppy adoption and they told us to come and see the puppies because they are not allowed the price via phone. We went there to see them and they required a picture ID to come in. It was super uncomfortable to let them take our driver's license but we drove long hours to see the puppies so it was kind of force to let them take picture of my photo ID. We are super worrying now for potential identity theft in there. They should stop this practice and confirm to delete the pictures they took. Even ******* doesn't take picture of photo ID for security reason.
