This should not be my problem to solve. I waited an entire HOUR on hold (see photo#1) with the shipping company without ever getting to speak to anyone. Multiple attempts though email, ******** online went nowhere.It arrived in ***, but was delivered to an address in ********. I live in *************. (See photo#2)The shoe maker refuses to give a refund because the shipper says that it has been delivered.The address I provided is correct (see photo#3). I can't even put in a complaint with Aramex, as neither my town or zip code will allow in their online form (see photo#4). I have tried multiple times contacting them. I have an open ticket which has not been followed up on as promised in the confirmation email (see photo #5). Please note, this was submitted when the item was STILL in transit, and I noticed the item was moving away from the ****** area.This is a 300$ mistake that is not my problem to fix. I just want my money back.***
