zero stars. Terrible response to vehicle damage caused by their equipment and staffs lack of awareness of colliding vehicles. My vehicle was damaged while in the car wash from both coming off the tracks that the employee lined up prior to entry, as well as being slammed into by the fallowing vehicle twice due to lack of awareness or emergency stop from staff. Incident reports were filed by the staff, however after reviewing their cameras, as they said, they said it was not their fault and to file a claim with my insurance....seems to be a typical response when reviewing other people with similar is***s. When escalating it to the management team, I found out the company "self insures" they told me, upon further follow up, which is super shady. This seems to be a typical operating procedure for the company if vehicles are damaged. Make the clients file claims with their own insurance for the damage caused on the companies property, by the companies equipment, then claim no liability for the damage, and pass the costs onto the customers own insurance. The only re-coarse it would seem is to pay the costs to *** the company or raise the costs of my insurance to repair the damage, the company is most likely counting on this as well.
