***************************, I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction with the floor you installed in our home (************************************************* 2022. Its been well over a year and we have not gotten a satisfactory resolution to the flooring issues that continue to arise. We first let you know about this problem only a few months after installation, yet you didnt come out to fix it until early 2023. Then, the two times you did come out, the floor came apart again shortly after, and the soft spots are still there, those were never addressed. I know that a floor should last more than a few months, yet it continues coming apart, peeling off/chip off and its soft when pressing on it in so many places we lost count. Whatever youve done to fix the problem isnt working and It is time to do something else and replace it, because your fixes are not working. We are very frustrated with our experience working with you. We have attempted to contact you repeatedly over the last year and its frustrating when you dont respond to our text messages, voice mails and emails. You repeatedly no-show appointments, and are late or unprepared when you do come. I have photographs and text messages we have saved to show you, however the pictures are too large for this file.
