We have had the misfortune of having a vehicle held at this establishment for over 3 months now. We are filing a police report today and checking to see if our insurance company can replace our loss. We paid 27k for a vehicle in January ******************************************************* deliberate bad faith. This shop initially claimed they could diagnose and perform work on our vehicle in early October 2023. Since that time, this shop has cost us 2k in rental car fees, loss of use of our vehicle for three months, and to our knowledge they have done no work on our vehicle at all. Communication has been terrible but also shady. They have refused to let us see our vehicle, any written estimate for repairs, or any evidence of diagnostic work. Excuses have ranged from lack of staff to not diagnosing the car yet, to a strike, to a delay on the part of the warranty company. Mostly he refused to communicate but ***** when he did get in touch quickly became threatening and abusive. Our warranty company fully approved all repairs, then they kept adding on charges months after the fact, yet had done nothing. Eventually after many complaints they gave us a beat up loaner vehicle that is not operable and after being advised of this and to come get their beater, *** threatened me and accused me of stealing his beater car. I guess we will have to see which side law enforcement takes, if indeed our vehicle still exists at all. To say these people are unprofessional would be a gross understatement. I hope I can save even one other customer from going through the h*** that ***** has put us through. I chose this company due to many positive reviews, that must be associates or employees. **** as previously advised your inoperable beater is outside our residence and you are more than welcome to retrieve it at any time, which is more consideration than you have provided to us in not allowing our vehicle to be towed to a reputable shop for repair.
