      Have bought 4 dogs total from Kraftwerk. The last two dogs with a no hip dysplasia guarantee that have documented severe hip dysplasia at *********************- *********, ****- Scarborough and ********************- ******. Paid $6500 for one dog and then three year later for another for $7500 plus delivery and all four considered have spent a total of over $25,000 on dogs from Kraftwerk. Nobody would return my emails. Sent them certified letter through ***** they signed for it and still ignored me. Got one return email after many more sent telling me to send the dog back and they would replace him. At that point my dog was already a year and a half old and who wants to have their dog put down for another puppy with potentially the same issue? I am now facing $25,000 worth of vet bills for each dog which will be a huge burden on my family trying to pay that not to mention a year of recovery burden on my poor dogs. The hip specialist assured me that these dogs will become lame, not be able to live a normal life and assuredly die an early death. I asked Kraftwerk for a refund to help with the costs and just get ignored. I have spent over $25,000 with Kraftwerk over the years and never expected to be treated this way.

      Desired Settlement: Contact by the business. Requiring a response is not necessary as a response as already been received according to the customer's statement. We always go by the terms of the contract which does not have a "no hip dysplasia guarantee". The signed contract states that if the dog develops dysplasia they can return the dog and receive another one or keep the dog and receive a 50% credit towards another dog at a later date. It is imperative that we treat everyone that acquires a dog from us fairly by the terms of the contract and will continue to do so.

      You have clearly written in the contract that you will be in touch within 14 days of receiving the certified mail. You guys ignored my certified mail and several emails for 6 months. How hard would it be to sell the puppy you want to replace him with and send me a refund to help with medical bills? You guys are playing games with people and taking zero responsibility for the broken dogs youve bred.

      This past customer has made it clear that he does not want to go by the written terms of the purchase agreement. We always go by the terms of the contract and will continue to do so. It is important that everyone is treated equally.

      You guys ignored my certified mail for like six months. It says right in the contract that Kraftwerk has 14 days to respond. How you treat your customers is laughable and Im going to make sure everyone knows it. I have ****** followers on social media and I am going to start posting about you guys regularly.

      Please show proof of certified mail as we are not aware of receiving anything from you. The written terms of the contract states that it must be received with one year from the time it was signed. Also, 14 days is not mentioned anywhere in the contract for any reason.

      I purchased a fully trained protection dog from ***** and was lied to and sold a dog that does none of what they promised. I paid $23,000 for a dog that is terrified of everything and to make it worse when I purchased him or when I took possession of him he had rashes I had to take him to the vet and he was malnourished and the vet said these are older conditions this was not something brand new but they provided me with a health certificate which was bogus as usual and on top of it all they will not return my calls they will not answer emails - I have tried multiple times I pointed out his health issues or skinniness and they said oh he just doesnt like to eat maybe you can just try wetness food then I actually called them and spoke to and I have an email documentation of within my five day. Im having to take him to the vet and the office manager responded to my email and said please keep her posted - but after that they will not respond that but since then they will not return a call they will not do anything. It appears that this man actually does this and gets away with it on a continual constant basis from what Im understanding and lies and cheats and steals from his consumers and I need some help here please

      To Resolutions Specialist:

      The customer was very specific about wanting a dog as a service dog. There was no communication 
      regarding protection training. The requirement of being certified as a service dog was demanded and 
      done prior to the customer physically coming and surveying the dog prior to taking possession. The 
      customer came and personally surveyed the dog and accepted him. The customer and the dog were able 
      to board the plane together as desired. The dog would not have been allowed on the plane as a 
      service animal if it was misbehaving in anyway. The complaints about the temperament of the dog 
      cannot be valid as it has been certified by an international licensed judge as a companion dog as 
      safe and sound. For whatever reason this customer is making false claims including the dog was not 
      seen by a licensed veterinarian. We have records from our veterinarian of his vet visit that stated 
      he was in good health. The customer never sent us any records regarding the health of the dog from 
      a veterinarian or otherwise. All claims from this person are clearly false. Whatever the real 
      reason why this customer is not satisfied is not known to us.
