I purchased a 4 session photography package with morgan Locke photography to take my sons pictures at 3, 6, 9 month and 1 year. I paid the invoice in full in October 2019 and we did two sessions together, neither were at 3 or 6 months since she wasnt available. Our third session was scheduled however, due to COVID she legally could not do business temporarily as she was non essential business. The date she could take appts was unknown and there was no follow up. I recently reached out wanting to schedule the last two sessions and her response was that her prices increased, so I would need to pay the difference which is $800! the entire package before was $600 so she now charges $1400. I asked for a refund of half if it was no longer worth her time, which would be $327 after tax. She has refused and said she is unable to refund since PayPal has a 180 day refund policy. The signed contract does not say anything about expiration date or being liable for her decision to increase pricing. After trying to resolve on our own, she is only willing to refund me $252 but not the $327 I feel Im due.
