Scheduled pick up in advance, received confirmation they would take us to airport.Day before pick up received email and text confirming pick up date and time. They charged my credit card at this time.Day of pick up, no one showed up, they would not answer their phone or return messages. We waited ****************************** any communication from them. Ended up driving ourselves to airport and almost missed our flight. Paid $370 to park at airport.The day before we flew home. They sent message they were picking us up next day. We did not need ride home since we were forced to drive there.The never apologized or explained what happened. Never returned any of my calls and will not answer their phone. They still have my money; I filed a dispute with my credit card company.Business response

I know this situation has been solved. The driver had some health issue and didnt make and they were not informed. Her money was return. She is their regular customer. Ask her if they had done this before as well?
