      I was missing an item from my order and they are insisting I am lying and even going as far to say so over internet.

      I have been purchasing a specific product from Art Primo since 2014, totaling nearly $10,000 in orders. Despite the company more than doubling the price of the small bottles I buy, I continued to source this product from them.In April 2023, I encountered an inventory discrepancy of 100 units, valued at $169, while simultaneously placing a new order for ***** units totaling $1699.90. Efforts to resolve this discrepancy through email with Art Primo were unsuccessful, leading me to initiate a PayPal dispute. However, after two days of investigation, I realized the error was due to my software, and I closed the dispute without escalating it to a formal PayPal claim. I received the April 2023 order of ***** units in good condition and without further issues.I received no further contact from the company regarding any problems they had with our business relationship, nor any warning from them that future orders would not be accepted.In January 2024, I ordered another ***** units at $1.69 each via PayPal. After placing this order, Art Primo then informed me that due to last year's dispute, they would no longer accept PayPal or credit card payments from me for this and future orders, and they would refund my PayPal payment.I then placed a new order on their website for ***** units but found that the price had increased to $1.99 per unit. After placing this order, Art Primo appeared to retaliate by removing my customer account on their website, thereby deleting my order history. They have neither refunded my payment nor canceled the order for the ***** units at the increased price.The company should refund the difference in price of $300, ship the order of ***** pieces, and restore my customer account.

      To date, the business has neither responded to this complaint or to me privately, nor have they refunded my payment. Consequently, I will be following up with the payment processor to dispute the charge.
