  I paid ******** for parts for a vehicle repair in April 2022. I am still waiting on them to repair the van. I am paying out of pocket and not going through insurance. They had me come in and drop off the van on August 15th. When I called a few days later they told me they had the wrong parts. This has gone on back and forth since then. Either the parts on on some shipment somewhere, OR they don't have enough staff. I do not believe they are telling me the truth. While my car was there, the side view mirror was damaged. They told me that they would fix it immediately. I can no long drive my van as it is now unsafe and they say they cannot get the parts and their hands are tied.

  Fleurys body shop had the parts secured at b&r auto wrecking

  any droped off her van for repairs and the parts didnt show up from

  b&r i called ***** at b&r and was told the parts he had were no good

  i re located some parts at gundies auto wrecking that wer to be delivered

  last monday   when the parts did not get delivered i call gundies they

  told me they would look into the parts i pre paid for on aug. 18

  i called gundys back a 2nd tine in monday aug 15 and was told they would

  look into it and get back to me -no call back i called gundies once more

  monday **** and was told they would look into it and get back to me

  at 3:30 today **** 22 they got back to me I was told they didnt send the order

  because the grill was broken i told them to please send out the parts you have

  i also ordered a mirror from ****** vw friday sept 16 that will be here on wednesday

  i called *** today on **** to come in for a full refund that i couldnt find any parts

  for her van ********
