I bought an interior package for my fathers truck for Christmas. And in my initial phone call I made sure to ask about shampooing of the upholstery and carpets, to which I added the services on for. On the day of, he runs late because a car he was servicing took longer than expected. ****, okay that I am willing to completely overlook. However on the day of the newly rescheduled appointment to which he was late too again. My Father calls me saying that Landon says he needs a water source to do any of the service I purchased with him personally on the phone- and said it was on the website ( I scrubbed his website and even the confirmation emails he sent me and there is not one mention of the water sources being needed. This being the most important part of the services I wouldnt have booked knowing this). So he basically cleaned the car for 150$. My Father is unhappy with the service and unfortunately as much as I wanted to like this service I simply cannot. Im very disappointed and unsatisfied. Would not recommend or book with him again. Ive screenshotted this in case it gets deleted. UPDATE: Exactly why I didnt awnser your phone call. Youre a liar. You said nothing about a water source and unless its written I will not be communicating with you. You told my Father you needed a water source and said its on your website. Obviously because you did NOT say tht to me on the phone when I booked it. Now youre saying that you told me on the phone. Which one is it? Because your Website does NOT say it and neither did you. Dishonest ethic and work. I have the receipt in my email saying exactly what I paid for, which came from your company because that is in fact what I ordered from you on the phone. An interior with shampooing for the upholstery and carpets. Ive attached a picture of that receipt so ppl can know youre dishonest. As Ive said I will not be speaking on the phone because I dont want anything else thats untrue to be said that I can corroborate the truth. And the nerve to say I paid for interior/ exterior , when you know I didnt. I paid 250, and your in/ex is 290. Nothing you say adds up. Ive screenshotted All of this in case it needs to be taken any further.this was my review on his ****** for his business which he hid and has been hiding bad reviews because he quickly hid mines! this man is a dishonest con artist and I want my money back!
