Waypoint Marine falsely represented our boat for sale by listing it with a broken link. Our contract included the promise of full detailing, which never happened. Waypoint Marine used our boat without consent (noted on the engine meter). WayPoint did not store our boat correctly, as obviously by the dark water line and mold. The improper storage and use caused considerable damage. *We had friends call to inquire about our boat while it was in the consignment pool, but they have yet to receive a return phone call or email from **** at Waypoint Marine. We decided to pull it from the consignment pool. Upon pick up, ****, the sales associate, hid from us until we called his cell phone, only to find him hiding in the shop. Our boat needed to go to another marine center for extensive repairs costing us $1600. We received pathetic, low-level service. It gets worse; we have requested Waypoint return our titles, and several months later, they still need to send the titles despite multiple requests, emails, and phone calls. We received a storage invoice from Waypoint that was double the rate initially noted in their sales contract. Storage that was never used was evident by the dark water line and mold on the hull of our boat. This business has no integrity, its contracts are fraudulent, and the sales representative and general manager we spoke with are rude, dismissive, and deceitful. I wrote a 1-star Yelp review. They responded that our titles would be returned once the Yelp review is taken down.
