    My current xfinity phone bill added $25/mo X 3 extra charges to the 3 phones that are in different stages of payment, and I have $30/mo unlimited ea line. Bill last month was $184, this month, it was $284 +. Because of Comcast billing shenanigans, we closed the home internet package after 12 years. There is nothing anywhere on the website, ANYWHERE in the advertising for xfinity phone lines, purchases, re extra $25/phoneline without home internet. Also No one else that I talked to that has xfinitymobile pays an extra $25/mo per phone. I spoke to Comcast several times about any closing charges, difference in accounts, etc. Nothing was mentioned about a $25 fee being added to each phone line because we closed the home internet package. This company charged us the obscene cost of $230/mo for basic cable. I tried 3 times with Comcast agents to restructure the plan, and reduce price. It was very doable! But each plan was rejected by Comcast supervisors. After 12 years the price just kept going up, and up! Nothing I said or did could change the price that Comcast had locked us in to. And I am on SS! Low income! So now, it feels like retribution from Comcast to make up the money that our account was locked into. Also there's a $61 credit on home internet, and Comcast will not issue a check for this overpayment. This overpayment should be credited to xfinitymobile account, so that I can pay off phones, and close the xfinitymobile account. These people are criminals, and impossible to work with! I have inquired several times re process for closing phone account, agents say the information is on App. More Comcast screws, there is no info available online to close phone accounts. I want the $61 credit, and I want the $75 in fees removed from xfinitymobile so that I can pay off phones and close account. Also want to know how to close phone accounts.
