      We purchased a chimney rebuild summer 2022 and since in fall 2023 weve had leaks in our fireplace and heavy leaking down our chimney in our house. Ive scheduled 5 appointments and no one has shown up. I cant even speak with any installers or the project managers we worked with.Everything seemed good about this company but now its like they never existed. They did a very poor job and and we need them to fix our chimney but they are the ghosting us.

      I purchased a new woodstove insert from Capital Local Services. They installed it. It does not work. I called them and one of their people came out and confirmed it did not work. They said they would fix it on September 28th. They did not call or show up. I have called 5 times since and they said they would call back. They never called back on any of these calls. Now they just hang up when I call.

      On September 8, a technician came to complete a chimney inspection and cleaning. He claims there was sever buildup in the chimney and showed photos, which I now have realized may not have been of my actual chimney. He then said I needed a new chimney cap installed to be up to code. He said he cleaned the chimney, but I now have significant doubts that work was actually accomplished. He said he would order the chimney cap and come back to install it within 2 weeks. He has not returned to install it and my phone calls to the business are now being ignored. All work, including the uninstalled chimney cap, have already been paid for ($1,830). The website and address listed on the invoice do not exist and are not actually connected to any business. The phone number and the billing/payment app he used (workiz) are connected to this business, Capital Local Services.

      We checked the client complaint and he was right he tried to record us few times and reach to voice mail, unfortunately it was the exact time we had a problem in our line services we couldn't receive any messages for almost 2 weeks until the problem was resolved. 

      we deeply apologize for that and we will receive out to the client to resolve this problem with the cap and offer him 20% off for next year maintenance cleaning.

      Our office manager did reach out 2 days ago and yesterday he was emailing and spoke on the phone to try to resolve the issue. 

      We committed to finish job. And the manager asked more information and received pictures from the client.  

       

      We never ignore any client or complaints and we want the issue to be completed and the client satisfied.
