The product they delivered was junk. I could have easily produced this from my living room with a printer and a heat press. It's advertised as a quality product, not a heat press vinyl transfer. When you request to return or refund, you get told "All of our items are printed on demand so we have a limited return policy. We only accept returns/exchanges for:-Items with manufacturer damage or defects -Items damaged in shipment Based on the information provided, the sweatshirt received does not meet this criteria so we are unable to provide a refund. However we understand you are unhappy with the item received so we would be happy to rectify this with a replacement for a different item of equal value." The initial product was junk, why would I replace it with another piece of junk? I want my $$ back. BUYERS BEWARE - THIS IS A HOAX.Review from Michael T

I had a really good experience with this company. I bought a hoodie, which I loved, however I noticed a stain on it from shipping. It did not come out after washing it so I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one for free one with 0 hassle. They even let me keep the oiginal. Let me start off by saying the turnaround is way too long. My package was being printed for 10 days. I had to email them and on the 10th day they responded saying it was out for delivery. I received the package a few days later and got a email saying your order has been shipped on the same day I received it. Also the color on the hoodie is no where near the same color thats advertised. Save your time and money from ordering from this company.Review from William R

This is really a sad situation where I saw a complete system failing. There was no communication on my order except "printing" for about ten days. The absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to order something online. Please spare yourself from ordering there and look at alternatives.Review from Terry B

Do Not order from this company. Placed my order 1/8/24 and still have not received it! Takes a long time to respond for request regarding order and the answer is always the same-shipping soon-yet it never does. This is a scam company!! My credit card has already been charged.Review from JM K

It took a month to hear back from them because of the Christmas rush, but they did follow up and were very apologetic and seemed happy to offer a replacement item even outside of their typical policy. I placed an order on 12/23/23 and my credit card charged immediately. it is 1/19/24 and I have reached out to the company via email 4-times and twice now through their "messenger" on their website. Zero response to me and all I'm asking for is a status on the order and/or a tracking number if it's been shipped. I am filing a fraud complaint with my card next. We ordered a sweatshirt from this company on December 21, 2023. To date we have not received the sweatshirt or an answer to my numerous emails to their customer service. Today we tried calling the phone numbers they list and one was disconnected, one gave another number that was constantly busy. I should mention they have been paid for this shirt. At this point I feel this website is a scam and should be taken down. Order #******
