And I cannot understand, if they confirm that, why they are taking so long to refund my money.I sent them, I think 8 emails. **** and *******, say they need to look further. No solution.This is a genuine way to keep money that it is not authorized. And the way they charge, not being monthly it makes harder to follow up. That is the reason it took me a while to see it. When I saw the charges in October, I realized I was not using that for a long time, and even if it I was, That is a free account, they were not supposed to be charging me.
