      we bought about 20, 6 pack boxes of this coffee at ******* after Christmas, around $5 each box. Regular $15. The coffee is supposed to have flavors that we can't taste. Some of the coffee is discolored. We called the company because ******* is refusing to take back after christmas items & told us to contact company. Bean Box company doesn't make the coffee they work with small batch suppliers around the world and told us not everyone has the taste buds to actually taste the coffee. The box needs to state this fact. That your buying coffee that is advertised as all these extra flavors, that most people can't taste. I really don't get it. Bean box refused to do anything about the issues with coffee telling us to call ******* so we are getting no where but circles. Why are companies not standing behind the products they sell or wanting to do anything about complaints? We spent well over a $100 on these and for the flavors stated on packages and we could of just bought a can of coffee and gotten the same taste for $6. Bean box told us to add 2 packs to the coffee maker, when package states to add 1 box. The coffee is already expensive enough without adding 2 packs to each pot.

      Their coffee is good, a little on the pricy side but good. Problem is when you cancel it seems its always past the next shipment date so you get stuck paying for one last shipment. There is no email sent a week to 10 days before shipment to give you a chance to cancel. Wont be going back because I dont like that practice and I understand it happens all the time!
