The night of July 9th 2022 me and my significant other went to this business for a concert. We paid $90.12 for two tickets. The venue had obviously oversold the show and halfway through started targeting people who had already entered and given their tickets to not let back in. They tried to lie an say my significant other was too inebriated to re-enter. If that was the case, then the establishment had slipped something in the one drink she had purchased through them. It was obvious that their intention was to get more tickets sold at the door and it feels like theft at this point.Business response

Our security staff identified the significant other of the patron that filed this complaint as too intoxicated to be permitted re-entry to the venue. Our staff is trained per ******** liquor board regulations to recognize signs of over-intoxication and deny entry when necessary. The patron who filed this complaint then verbally threatened harm to our staff and property, and was subsequently denied entry as well for his aggressive behavior. The patron's other allegations have no basis in fact and are wholly without merit.
