My husband and I hired The Pavilion Company to renovate our house over two years ago. After a negligent inspection they provided, we had to tear down the framing that was done and start over as a new build. We recently found out that they have not been paying their subcontractors with the money that we have been invoiced. I believe that it is in excess of $200,000. This occurred over the last nine months, though we just learned about it. We were also invoiced over $30,000 for every fixture in the home, but The Pavilion Company never purchased them. To hide the fact that they didnt pay the subs, they said we owed another $232,000 for additional work by the subs. When I called the subs, they told me they had not been paid and that there was no additional work. In short, they tried to defraud us out of more money. They have made no effort to resolve this. We understand they have tried to overcharge others as well. My concern is that they are using the money for personal extravagance, as I know that within the last few months, ***************************** got very expensive cosmetic surgery (including breast implants, rhinoplasty, and a face lift). I would appreciate quick action on this. ********* and ***************************** are compulsive liars and other clients of theirs have told me they were perpetually lied to as well. I would expect nothing less if they talk to you. This has put my family (as well as many others) in significant financial distress.
