      When I received a package in the mail, it was empty. I contacted ***** and they said that they would send out a new order and they were sorry for the inconvenience. thats been a month now and Ive been emailing them trying to call them and I got nowhere but they did send me out a $25 gift card to purchase something else from their site and I dont understand why I would do that, but since I never got the original order.

      I ordered from this company 1 time and got tired of the constant text messages, emails etc for sales and advertisements. I have repeatedly asked them to unsubscribe, and everytime they send me a message saying that I have been unsubscribed. I am still getting text messages and when trying to contact them they want you to leave a voice mail and will get back to you. I cant even block the text messages. All I can do is delete and report it as junk. A day later I get another one.I feel I am being harassed at this point.

      4/17/23 I placed an order from Julep and right after that I received an email with 40% off so I immediately felt scammed so I contacted Julep customer service to cancel my order so I can reorder with a 40 off. I received this generic email back saying we cant cancel, edit or change once the order is placed. Basically telling me to return it once I receive the order. That seemed very uneconomical and time consuming so I called them out saying this is the most unhelpful response Ive even received. 3 days later this customer experience specialist named ****** emailed the exact same context except purposely changed my name to ***** and called me ***** and told me to have a beautiful day. Calling your customer ***** is just another level of unprofessionalism and insulting when a customer was only looking for a decent customer service by canceling an order. Beyond disappointing.

      *(Original trial purchase June 7th, 2022) January 2nd, 2023 through April 1st, 2023.*Price of product: $12.00.*******************, demonstrated ill regard, continued evasion of my root quantity issue, ignorance of conduct, discombobulation and unprofessionalism. C: "May I know what specific wrongful communication are you referring to?"Me: I long since provided ample images for your company review and dismissed without respect.C: "I will take note of this. However, I'm unable to locate the images you provided. Was it via chat or email?"Me: Would you superior/manager have my information? Reiterating is not productive or relevant. I hope you understand. This is why I continuously emphasize on your company disarray.C: "I understand your situation. However, we do not have your information automatically. I will have to look into our system for more details since your concern was submitted via email. Our chat and email department has a different archive. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience."Me: This is unacceptable. As a final courtesy, please observe the image. The bottom color coded eyeliner twisting portion tube moves on its own. Hence, unable to continue sharpening and taking full advantage of the costly product.C: "Also, was it purchased on our website directly?"Me: I appreciate your acknowledgement as I am very limited to any beauty line due to sensitivity and severe allergies. I am content with this product and truly prefer not to research.Me: Yes, on your website.C: "Thank you, July! To confirm, this is the When Pencil Met Gel All-Day Waterproof Eyeliner in Bronze Shimmer that was placed last June 7, 2022?Thank you, *****! :)"C: "To clarify, only our Torpedo Eye + Lip Pencil Sharpener will work on When Pencil Met Gel All-Day Waterproof Eyeliner."Me: Cosmetic pencil sharpener inaccessible. ******** provided a discount code and an e-Gift to "bandage" the unresolved issue. No manager and harassed me when declining chat with her. Violation.

      This company isn't even accredited? WHAT! No wonder they refused to let me exchange - exchange - a small order within 35 minutes of placing it. Never again will I place an order with a company in KOREA I just found out with such bad policies

      Put in order from Julep Beauty, on December 30th, 2022, the order number is JMS2347300, have not receive it, numerous texts, but only receive one response, said their was a error, give them my address, so I did, never got back to me, try calling them, message said to go on line, they will get back to you, you cant talk to anyone, I just want my money back at this point.       Placed an order for their product. Checkout accepted discount code and total reflected 35% discount. Placed order and the confirmationbwas for $20 more than at checkout. Contacted company and their reply was that once placed, an order could not be canceled or changed. Buyer beware. $20 is a lot of money these days!

      On November 22, 2022, I began receiving multiple emails per day from this company. I had never heard of Julep before, never visited their website, and certainly never agreed to receiving emails from them. I immediately used the link in the email to unsubscribe. The link took me to their website, where I had to put in my email address and hit "unsubscribe." After doing so, the screen updated and said I'd been successfully unsubscribed. Within hours I received more advertising emails from them. I then contacted their customer service via email and said I had unsubscribed, and to cease and desist sending me any further emails. I later received a response from one of their ***** ******** who assured me that I would stop receiving emails within 24 hours. The following day I received another 4-5 emails from their company. The day after that I received another 4-5 emails. I again tried the "unsubscribe" button, which again said I had been unsubscribed. I also contacted them on faceboon, and sent another email to their cutsomer service. This time the rep ******* wrote back and said they needed my email to unsubscribe, though they clearly had my email since I had sent it to them with my customer contact messages. The ******** response was a useless apology and no follow up. I have since received an additional 2-3 emails per day, every single day. These emails violate federal and **************** laws. I have submitted a complaint to the *** as well as the ********** attorney general. I am attaching just a small percentage of the actual SPAM emails I have received. I initially deleted them, but still have 24 SPAM emails from this company just since November 24. That does not include the emails from their rep in response to my demands to cease and desist sending me SPAM.
