      I ordered a set of Japanese knives online on June 7th but they haven't arrived and the courier (DHL) doesn't recognise the tracking number, which appears to be fictitious.I have since discovered that others have had the same experience as me and I feel that this business is a scam. While I would like to get my money back, I would also like to make sure that this company isn't allowed to continue ripping people off.

      I did a purchase a 8 Pcs set of Knives on web site www.kizuranives.com on April 27 ***** I did pay $189.98 *** with my c card. its all ready over one mouth and haven't arrived to destination which is a present that I buy to a relative in, **************************************** in ******** I do live in ******** *** ******, I have email 2 times kizaru nives but no answers ,I contact the shipper or ******* company **** Priority mail international which its the company they use for the package shipment , when I contact this company they Tellme that only Kizura knives company are the ones who can open an investigation to find out what happen , we vivificate the destination address which its ok as provided at the moment of the purchase.want to ask you to pls help me to get my money back on my c card.With thanks *********************** ************

      I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. We received your emails and replied, as you can see in the attached PDF, but it seems you haven't received our messages - they may be going to your Spam folder. As explained in our emails, your order is already is in ******** but it seems the local carrier, **** (***********************) is having trouble making the delivery. 

      Your package is currently being held at their office and available for pickup. Please reach out to them and provide them with your tracking number: CM237105438US. We will also contact them and try to have them try to deliver your package again, but the issue may be resolved quicker if you're able to go pick up your order in person.

      I purchased a set of the companys knives using a ******** link.Date: 17 Dec 21 Order #**** Received: 4 Jan 22 Requested RMA per online policy (with 30 days): 6 Jan 22 The merchant has not responded to additional RMA requests on 11, 14, and 18 Jan. **** on 19 Mar 22 aster attempting to resolve via my credit company was unsuccessful.Reading other BBB complaints, I am concerned to send back the knives and await a payment credit as others have reported that credit payment was never received.
