This complaint is with the accounting department and its staff. I had a visit on November 24, 2022 and paid the $57 charge upon my departure, what happened after that none of my fault.If someone failed to enter that amount into the system, someone else failed to detect it, another person to refund it by error after weeks passed; and someone else who re-entered the same amount into the system only months after passed none of my fault. Question those who made the errors, starting with the staff who failed to enter it into the system at the first place.This complaint includes the staff with those grandmas with grey hair at B307 whom didnt show any respect for my grey hair on February 11 when I checked in, the staff who told me shoo, shoo, go sit down with her mean look and a meaner voice. This complaint is for the woman at ************** who calls me after knowing all the abuse I had encountered on Friday February 11 during my visit and leaves me a message to call her, only she would never answer her phone. She was pressing me to take blame for errors made by the staff. Who allows her to talk to a senior citizen patient the way she talked to me? I am sure if someone had talked to her parents like that, she would be furious. I couldnt see her face on the phone but I was sure she was talking with a stone-cold face. Was she trying to impress anyone by pressing her knee on a senior citizen to collect a $57 error and not let go of it? I am positive she is an outside contractor and not an employee of **.Who is responsible for the actions of the staff at the ** Dentistry accounting department, those people who have us escorted to the end to make sure we make the payments (in full) before let go of us, the staff who would demand the payment (in full) before the visit even started, before we are being seen we must pay up front and if that is not enough we would be pressed to be responsible for the errors made by staff at no fault of ours. Please monitor and stop that.
