      I had canceled my contract with them sometime ago. Recently they called me threatening legal action against me. If I didnt pay the $400 they say I owe them. It was my understanding when I canceled the contract that they would settle for the money I had already given them. I am on ******** and I do not have $400 to give them, but, they keep on calling me and threatening, legal action and saying I will have to pay penalties and legal fees. If I dont immediately pay them the $400.

      Unfortunately, we have not had a good experience in the slightest. We are given timelines that have not been met and its been months. They go around and around in emails telling us to trust the process. Telling us that our images are ready but we have to wait until Monday. We started this in the summer and have nothing to show for it except multiple emails and lies. When they want your money they don't stop badgering and emailing and texting and calling. Once they get your money, you no longer matter. THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! They've left us hanging in the wind. Wer'e a small business with families and limited funds and they have taken that from us. They have destroyed any chance of our business flourishing. Any additional or further information available on request, there are too many files and texts and emails to upload.

      I contacted this company for a web site project. After a long discussion with one of their sale agent/ Representatives, I was assigned one and the next day it was a other one. I paid $299. Everything was going well up still 2 weeks later when I was contacted and asked to asked to pay $99 for some modifications which I never requested. I refused to pay and the web design was on hold. 6 months later they sent a guy by the name of *******************;;;;;,. I was very surprised, he told me that he was assigned to completed my web. He was a very nice guy, calm and well-spoken guy. He was calling every day and I found it unusual. He sent me a link to the finished site, I was fine with it, I told him that I was not ready to spend additional fees, he was fine with it. I was sick with CoV!!!d, ***** called and was very persistent which I did not like. I called him back few days later and email him. His Email is not working (the same email was used multiple time prior without any problem), his phone line is not working as well. I asked my money back ( $299) as stated by the contract no reply. This company is a scam with a beautiful web site . They are very well organized with good reviews all over social media. I needed to report this scam to save other.

      I do not accept your resolution, your email is inactive and your are not answering to your calls. As I said before to your colleagues, I dont trust your company anymore and I dont see myself giving you access to my web site. The fact that I paid for projects and few days after I was asked to pay for something I never asked for, it was very strange.

      I never heard back from you for months and suddenly one of you introduced himself as a saviour of my project, 

      If you are so professional how is that your teams requested my email and information. You supposed to have them. 

      I just need my refund as started in the contract

      I hired Web Verse, *** on 3/16/2022 to build a Amazon Store for a business I am trying to open online. In that time, this company tried to upsell me more than work on my project. In 5 months time, I never saw any completed work even after multiple requests sent by me via email, text and voice. According to their contract, it states a 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied with their work. I never say any work and requested that they envoke their 100% money back guarantee and refund all of my money. They said no to all of it and offered me only $800 of over twenty seven hundred dollars that I spent with them as well as told me that in order to get the $800, I had to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement and could not leave any reviews about their company. I refused to sign. They have bullied me and even threatened me. They have also harassed me through text messages and verbally. I have emails, Text messages, Voicemails and voice memos of conversations that I recorded with them. They keep telling me that the 100% money back guarantee doesn't apply because they did work on my project however., they have nothing to show for it except the fact that they charged me $200 for SKU Codes they purchased. I am also not the only person they have done this too as it seems, The *** they sent me had another persons name on it. His name is *******************.

      The first purchase on Dec 3, 2021 for $500 to build a basic informative website called Irada Arabiyathen on Dec 7, 2021 I paid another $1000 as hosting for the website and as a part of this project we had to build another website which is more complicated. the company convinced me that they have the ability to execute such a project..so I paid another $2,613 as the cost for the second project called Yallah Swap.Unfortunately, after this purchase the project manger delivered a demo for the first website which is basic informative site .. and I got shocked for the bad execution and the bad results..after two months sending emails, details, and making meetings to build the website almost %50 of what I requested wasnt applied and the site wasnt functioning and the design was completely a miss. When I saw the bad results for the first website and the delay, I called them and told them that is impossible for them to execute the second project because it is way harder from the first project and I asked for refund because they dont have the ability but they said you will lose most of your money.. and they asked me for another chance to redesign the first website in one week just to prove that they are capable to do the second project.. I agreed to give them second chance but after waiting a month and making many mistakes.. I lost my hope with them and I decided to make dispute for the payments with my ********** the bank opened the dispute cases.. after that the company called me and told me that they want to make settlement agreement.. If I pay $1,100 they will finish the first project and they will not fight the dispute case .. unfortunately, I believed them and I paid the $1,100 but they lied and they fought the dispute and won it.. now they got all the money with the $1,100 and they are refusing to return any of them .. they just delivered the first basic website .. the file attached has all receipts and documents.

      On March 7th, I hired Web Verse, *** to design a website, logo and I also paid for a lifetime of web hosting to keep the website they designed up and running properly online. I paid $999.00 for the web design and logo and another $899.00 for the web hosting.The transactions were made via phone. No contract was signed online or in person.I had an initial intake conversation with the gentleman, **** who oversaw my account. I received two mock up designs as well as a few logo designs over the next few days. What they sent over for me to look at and approve wasnt what I was looking for as far as the colors and design esthetic. I did mention that I liked one design more than the other. At that point, **** said, Great, we have an approval on one of the designs. I did not approve anything. From that point on, I continued to make suggestions and explained repeatedly what I wanted. We went back and forth over text for the next couple of weeks, not getting anywhere. I even offered to send them the *** codes of the colors I wanted to use,but they told me it wasnt necessary.After I had not received anything useable over the course of the next 2 weeks, I realized that maybe this company was not able to provide me with what I had hired them to do. I made a phone call to their home office on March 23rd to explain that I no longer had confidence that they would be able to do the design work I hired them to do and would like for my money to be returned. Thats when **** started yelling at me on the phone and became very hostile. He refused to refund me. I would have paid for the few mock up designs they produced, but he refused to refund me even a portion of the cost for the logo, the website and the web hosting. He said there was policy of only refunding 30% of the cost which had never been communicated to me, but he refused to even refund that. I was not aware of this policy as it was not given to me in writing at the time of the payment.
