04-16-2024 I paid $1400 to purchase 2 pitbull puppies and was told theyd be delivered to my door and after that was told I had to purchase a crate and then after I was out of money they wanted more for insurance Ive tried to request a refund and no one is cooperating I was told things would be refunded after puppies were shipped but I cannot even finish all of the money they wantInitial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 12/28/23 Item: Selected a Pit Bull Puppy named **** off the website.Website asked for my email to reach out to discuss the details of the selected puppy. Provided my email address and phone number on 12/27/23. Heard back via text on 12/28/23.Proceeded to agree to purchase ****. Fee was $800 USD. Person provided information to make payment via PayPal. Sent screenshot of confirmation.List of items included was provided and puppy was to be transferred to be sent via air.The company then stated to be prepared for emails from the service provider for transfer. They then asked for a copy of a license and then requested that I send another payment of $1,400 for a rental crate. 2 options were provided and it stated 98% of funds would be provided back after the puppy was delivered. They said the puppy was being placed in the rental crate with its documents and would be on a flight to *****. The following day of 12/29/23 the service stated that the puppy was in a review process to check for health and then in order for it to continue its flight to me they would need another payment for pet insurance of $1,850. That was when I asked again for paperwork on the puppy, a live picture of her in the crate, and the airport and flight #. They would not share real information on the puppy. No copies of true certificates, the vet check or a real time image or video to show she was real or in transit. They kept sending pictures and videos of other dogs and crates, but none of the one in question. I placed a claim on the owner and the shipping company on PayPal immediately as I feel this was a legitimate scam and I wanted to call it out so nobody else would have to endure this ordeal and lose money. My 2 claims are under investigation and I found it interesting that the seller/owner is actually the shipper too. PayPal put the 2 claims into 1 as it falls under the same person. I want my money back and I want this website investigated fully.
