      Jul 27, 2023 For replacement Rear hub for NCM *************** bike.Received wrong size, eventually got correct size which fell apart on first ride.Playing email tag for MONTHS trying to get this resolved. Now I'm being Ghosted, will not answer emails.Last communication says, that new parts dont have a warranty.Sent both wheels back, refused a refund and they wont respond when I asked for my property to be returned.I have the full email conversation on hand.

      I ordered a part from them and they told me it would take three days to ship its been nine business days and it still hasnt shipped. They have stopped responding to my emails. I need your help to find a resolution and to get the part asap or my money back Thank you.

      Ordered on September 29, 2022 I paid in full $1,453.55 Order # ***-3504592-0169055 I received a box with a damaged *************** Mountain Bike eBike 624Wh 48V/13AH Matte ********" on October 2, 2022.I contacted Leon Cycle on October 4, 2022, and received a general response on October 5, 2022, and have not heard from, or been able to contact Leon Cycle again. I wrote two more messages to them, one on October 5, 2022, and the other on October 12, 2022, which **** Bicycle neglected to respond to.

      This is in regards to buying an electric bicycle. I bought the bike that was purchased from Leon Cycle out of *******, **. The date of original purchase was just over a year ago in 2020. The bikes manufactured date is posted 2020 as well. I have had problems with the electrical part of the bike for the last 2 months as it will not turn off (goes full throttle when turned on) or it will not turn on at all. I have been calling and emailing for service on this bike since it first started the issue. I originally had talked to a French gentleman out of the ******* store with the issue and was told he would contact the ******** store to have them contact me about service. I have since left many messages and emails that have gone unanswered after I waited 2 weeks for them to contact me. The bike was purchased for almost $2000 dollars and simply would like to get it serviced since local bike shops are denying to service since its not something they sold.
