      If I could give them zero stars I would. They have very poor battery life. My husband and I bought 2 rad rover 6 plus and the batteries did not last even two years. Of course they are out of warranty and a new battery cost $500+. Poor customer service. They do not return calls or emails as they say they will showing no care for the customers. We are looking at getting new ********************** elsewhere. We are so tired with dealing with helpless customer service with 0 concerns about their customers. I would advise anyone to never buy from rad.

      Buyer Beware, I bought my Rad Rover 6 Plus in Nov of 2022 and I have loved it, the issue is now it doesn't work at all and has no power to the motor. Basically I have a 300lb boat anchor that is useless to me and am getting no response back from Rad except that it is out of warranty. The **************** aspect of Rad is unresponsive and I am very disappointed in the way my claim has been handled, I have given every bit of information that ***** and the team has asked for and still don't have a bike I can use. I would not recommend buying an ebike from Rad due to their product not being built to the quality standards to make a $2000 investment and the lack of customer service on the back end of the purchase.

      This company does not advertise their return policy. I purchased an accessory for my bike and when the product arrived it was completely NOT what the photo or description of the item was at all. The product was NOT used or even removed from original packaging and I immediately contacted the company to return the item. I was given the run around and given return links that were broken and sent several more emails to which someone finally responded 2 weeks later and state "Oops someone sent you the incorrect link" no apology etc and then when I filled out the information they decided they were keeping the majority of my money for returning a "used" product that ***** even spoke with me about. the original purchase was $99.00 + $39.00 shipping + $16.56 in taxes. To receive my refund I had to pay $15.00 to ship it back + $33.26 for a restocking fee and they state they are only returning $11.88 of the tax for a total of $62.62 for a refund when I originally paid a total of $154.56 so in total they are keeping approx $100 of MY DOLLARS....SCAMMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEERRRRRRRSSSSSS

      My wife and I bought Rad Bikes in July of 2023. We were very happy with the bikes until our 4th time riding our bikes, the power assist (PASS) failed on my bike. If you turn the power off completely and wait a minute or so and turn the power back on then the PASS starts working again, but only when it wants to. Sometimes the power assist won't begin to work again for days and days. I began to deal with Rad Power Bikes in August 2023 to resolve this intermittent power failure issue. I subsequently spent hours taking pictures and videos to demonstrate that there was indeed a problem with intermittent power failure. And now ten months later we are no closer to getting this problem resolved. From our experience with rad power bikes if you have a problem, don't expect it'll ever get resolved. We have had disappointing outings with our friends on biking excursions. If I could give a zero rating I would. I would not recommend rad power bikes to my worst enemy.

      I recently purchased our families second Rad Power Bike, but have been disappointed over and over again. The first bike was good, but the second came in a previously opened box, and was scratched with dirt all over it, and the key did not fit it. We complained to Rad, but they have not gotten back with us in any satisfactory way for almost a week. I will never do business with them again, and I recommend that other look for a better option. **************** Carlsbad, **

      No customer service. They claim to have shipped a bike but the shipper is holding it hostage for a delivery appointment but won't take or return my calls. RAD chat says keep calling. Looks like I've spent $1500 to be given the run-around and I don't have a bike. RAD cannot help now that the bike has supposedly shipped. Hope RAD is ready for a charge back.

      Very disappointing. I have a new bike that Ive ridden and now Ive got 300 miles on it. The battery stopped charging and I called and the woman said the cells are probably blown. Figured theyd replace it since its brand new, nope! Such a disappointment. Wont be buying this brand again. So many other electric bikes on the market, choose otherwise. **************** clearly isnt their priority.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service experience. Still dealing with them in Feb after issues started end of August..we were told what the problem was by our local bike shop but after reviewing videos (some of which we had to send multiple times) Rad is telling us its a different issue. Asked for them to call us multiple times and just radio silence. Still waiting....

      Very disappointed with Rad Rover 6 plus step over. About 2 years old and only 375 miles on it and controller went last month so I bought new one and spent couple hours installing. Now apparently the motor (rear wheel assembly) needs replacing at $439 plus tax. I would not recommend these bikes to anyone as this seems unacceptable to me for such an expensive bike. Im going to have to junk it as even if I fixed I would not feel comfortable riding anywhere as it is so unreliable.

      ZERO - has not worked since it arrived. ZERO customer service and ZERO resolution. Responses to inquiries or videos uploaded as requested take weeks. Submitting claim and complaint to BBB and the Attorney General for Comsumer Protection.
