• True location of Business 2 Virtual, LLC and ownership.
• How Business 2 Virtual, LLC screens, hires, and navigates its outsourced talent pool for clients throughout the United States and Canada. BBB also asked Business 2 Virtual, LLC how it monitored its talent pool from afar, and who oversees the quality control of its talent list.
• Asked Business 2 Virtual, LLC to substantiate the service competencies (how it screens and hires its "talent" and where this list of talent comes from) to give BBB some level of confidence regarding the business's service competency for these specific services for which it offers talent.
• How Business 2 Virtual, LLC is set up to navigate issues and concerns from clients that arise from outsourced talent that is mostly out of country.
According to Section One of BBB’s Code of Advertising, advertisers have a responsibility to have substantiation for all claims made and should be able to provide that substantiation upon request.
