July 29, 2019 - BBB has recently received a pattern of complaints concerning contract issues. Consumers allege after contracting with the company for their wedding venue and paying a deposit the venue closed without warning. Consumers allege the owner is difficult to reach and any refunds promised have not yet been delivered. These complaints are currently pending as BBB is waiting for the company’s response.
BBB found the City of Seattle Department of Construction and Inspection on May 31, 2019 issued a Stop Work Order to the company and advised no more work is to take place until all of the required permits and inspections were obtained.
If you are affected by this closure, BBB welcomes you to report your experience by filing a customer review or complaint here, https://www.bbb.org/northwest-pacific/consumer/qualify/1000077106 as well as report your experience to the Washington State Attorney General’s office by clicking here, https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
