Ongoing since ****************************************************************************************************************************** which we have endless proof of being wronged humiliated and striped of our rights a** if a common criminal in which I haven't had as much as a parking ticket in 95 and overcoming the struggles I face as a homeless elderly women for two years getting cov 19 when I was receiving ******* dollers from ssi in which was given a pethedict amount of around 40 dollers a week to survive in the bed bug infested shelters desc and others I can go on for another thousand pages and have text email court documents sealed doctor's ******* to proof everything I'm saying and as you see by the the 3 documents I've provided says it all first a lawyer bills me for unjust services railroads me becomes a commissioner/ judge then approves all past and currents charges wow how do you win when the system is crooked I will not give upBusiness response

************************ is no longer subject to Guardianship as of April 29th, 2022. She is under conservatorship, per the recommendation of the Court visitor.(attached) The Court has reviewed and approved all of Sound Senior Assistance, ***** reporting. (Attached) ************************ is not homeless, the conservator pays her rent monthly and gives her cash weekly.Initial Complaint

Hello. We have no where else to go with this PLEASE HELP!!!I recently had a run of bad luck and had to move back home, at 53, to my Moms place.In the past 5yrs, after my Dad passed away, she suffered a few falls and broke some arms she was in rehab for awhile and got placed at *********************** with my Dad in hospice to the end. In that time someone deemed her with Dementia and placed a Guardian. She was released finally to home a few years back. In that time she has accumulated paperwork and searched her house and found TONS of missing things and in the paperwork TONS of suspicious charges/continual Lawyer fees for what?She has asked for answers from the Guardianship about them and today when she asked (while I was here), they still have no answers. She doesnt have dementia. Never did. The ** went out on the house in July before the Heatwave they havent fixed it and she suffered through the heatwave. THEY COULD CARE LESS. She pays them about a $1000/month?!?
