  This business spam calls me several times a week. On every call I request they stop and remove my info from their database. It has official become harassment as I've made clear any contact is unwanted and they do not stop. I am creating this public record to tie into other formal complaints.

  In March of 2023, ******* and **** (****), claimed to be managers of a large home builder business called, Austin ************ Builders, when it was just the two of them. Later I found out they were also went by the names Blue Bay Home Builders and Proficient Home Builders in the Austin ***** The also claimed to have qualified and certified workers for each area of work, when instead we got workers that were unqualified, and did poor workmanship with constant mistakes. They promised to do a complete bathroom remodel of our home for $13,500 which we prepaid in full. They damaged our tub, destroyed the bathroom walls, and put in a subfloor that was put in incorrectly and is uneven. They promised to buy us a new tub for $500. and install it, yet a new tub cost $853.57 and $869. To install. They charged us $6,500 for a new floor and walls, yet both were left undone and cost us to repair. While doing work in the bathroom they tripped our wires and we asked for a certified electrician to come in and repair our outlets (none were working in all three bathrooms). They stopped contact with us and we hired a lawyer and we found out they had fled to *******, **. Not only was all the work left undone, but they left our bathroom damaged and took all of our money. They also promised to reimburse us $1,350 for tile work around the tub we werent going use. The tub was not paid for, nor installed, the walls were incomplete, they had not painted as promised, the floor was not finished, the cabinet was not installed, and much more. We have many pictures to show the substandard and incomplete work they did but could only upload the contract - now a breach of contract since they fled. After paying them $13,500, we then had to come up with more money in order to get the work done and have receipts totaling $12, ******. We are contacting the BBB to let them know about this scam of a business and would like the managers to refund of our $13,500. Please contact us. Thx!
